The first-floor primary bedroom has a king-sized bed and a private bathroom with a large walk-in shower and bench. Ascend the stairs and you will find two other bedrooms. One bedroom features a king bed and a flat-screen TV while the other has a full bed and twin over twin bunk bed. These bedrooms share a hall bathroom with two sinks and a shower/tub combo.
The large back deck features outdoor furniture and a gas grill and has great views of Cougar Point Golf Course's 7th fairway and green. The home is tucked away on a private street that offers a total sense of privacy. Enjoy gorgeous marsh views from above at the Marsh View Tower located at the end of Marsh Hawk Lane.
