Great get away

The house on Harbor place was exactly what we needed. It is clean, welcoming and easy to stay at. The beds are comfortable, lots of blankets is needed. The pool and hot tub were great.

Comfortable home

This home was very cozy and made us feel as if we were home. All the supplies in the kitchen and linens. Pool was nicely heated and the hot tub was very nice on the chill nights. The tv outside was great for watching football and chilling in the hot tub.

Great stay!

The host was quick to respond to any questions I had prior to our stay. The property is just as listed. House sits in a cute cal-de-sac. Very clean and ready for use. There were just two of us, so we had an abundance of space LOL. There are two living rooms plus a small den. Great space for a family. Mattresses are a memory foam type and quite comfortable. Lots of closet and dresser space. There was plenty of hot water. Adequate amount of towels and wash cloths. Kitchen was fully outfitted if we wanted to cook. Hot tub was clean and very inviting after a day of sightseeing during a very chilly day. Included beach towels were greatly appreciated. Didn't use the pool but it was clean (nights were in the 30's...brrrr). Property was close to Indian Rock Beach and a great cafe called Cafe de la Paris Bakery. We weren't at the property much but returning each evening was a delight knowing that we had a warm comfy bed and hot tub waiting for us. Would definitely stay again if we are back in the area.

Fun Vacation!

Great stay.

Beds were extremely comfortable. House is very well stocked with dishes, towels, etc. Pool was nice and comfortable temperature wise. Kids enjoyed the pool alot. Beach stuff could use a few things, but I brought my own chairs and canopy, so I wasn't concerned with that. Communication with property management team was wonderful. Would stay here again

Perfect beach getaway for a big family!

Wow, this was an amazing spot near Clearwater/Indian Rocks beaches! The property is very spacious; lots of beds and seating, a lovely kitchen, gorgeous pool and hot tub all to yourself. Plenty of space for a large family or two families. Very clean and well-designed. Everything you need is provided. Great stay!

Simple and cute

The house was clean, with a good supply of towels which i think is important considering offering a pool and being close to the beach. The floors were hard floors so easy clean up. Only two things i would fix. The grill doesnt light and no lighter was found. We bought one, then the propane ran out 5 mins into cooking. Get a regular broom that we can sweep up floors with. All we found were push brooms. Otherwise, fablous location and house. Would stay again. The covered pool is amazing for less bugs!!

Amazing!!

This was our first family vacation so I was a little skeptical about getting an air bnb in a neighborhood I knew nothing about and not a hotel room. We are SO happy we took this route! The kids loved the pool and I loved the hot tub! The beds were so comfortable! Everything is right in driving distance and not super far away! We spent 5 nights and 6 days there and I couldn’t have booked a better home to stay in! We will DEFINITELY be going back to this town and hopefully this home!

Ok place for impromptu 3 day vacation. I only picked this one over the large number of other locations because I desperately needed a hot tub for my back so was very let down with its condition, cleanliness & not working jets

Week away from the snow

House was nice in a quiet neighborhood. Close to several beaches. House could use some minor improvements and maybe a couple area rugs. Did not feel very secure in the house. Nothing on the front door and garage door that would keep anyone with keys out during your stay. The glass sliding door had a dowl to keep anyone out if they weren't already inside. But if you know the electronic code for the front door or had keys to get in from the garage it would've been very easy to get into the house.

Some changes

Just a few things were unsatisfactory. The grill was filthy when we went to use it only half the burners work so that was a bust. The oven was dirty as well.. the ice maker was broken in the refrigerator so we had to buy ice. The pool was cloudy as well as the hot tub which had a funny smell to it maybe needed chlorine??? We could not find a working vacuum to sweep the area rug. And instructions focused on some thi gs tht were not very helpful for the everyday run of the home. Some lights worked some did not my husband had to change out a light bulb that was burnt out upon our arrival. The worst thing was not knowing how the pool worked if it need chlorine etc.. Home was beautiful and in a great location otherwise..

Relaxing Get Away

We took a early family vacation this year. We just needed some relaxation because we work a lot . The only issue we had was with pool temperature the first day but it was taken care of right away. The owner went way above and beyond and refunded our money for the heating of the pool for the inconvenience . I was completely shocked by that because the gentlemen i talked to about it was super helpful and explained how it worked and everything was just fine. But we really appreciate this desire for amazing customer service. The house is in a great location ,quiet and right around the corner from the beach. We watched sunrises at the Indian rock reserve, sunsets on the Indian rock beaches. There were chairs, umbrella and cooler available in the garage . Public access free parking at the beach, lots of restaurants around. We sat in the hot tub every morning and night and watched our children play in the pool. We went to the Zoo! Were from Omaha and we are supposed to have the best zoo, which it is good but the elephants at tampa zoo have a watering pool with a waterfall. Watching them play in that was soo breathtaking and so many differnt animals we just dont have. We rode roller-coasters at Busch gardens. My boyfriend hit big at the casino. We had a really really good time and having a comfortable place to stay can make all the difference. Definitely will stay again!

Vacation with pet

Our stay was fine. We enjoyed our family time while we were there. Our priority was to spend most of our time together at the home. The rooms with bed were clean and comfortable. The hideabeds were barely sleep able. We put mattresses on floor. Way over due to be replaced. The sunroom collects water after a rain due to leaves in gutters. There are ant traps around the home but we still had to use a whole can of spray to keep them away from kitchen and eating area. The area has palm rats which can be a nuisance if not kept under control. Needless to say we were surprised to have them at night crawling along the fence line while letting our pet out. They also make alot of noise on the roof. There is alot of discoloration from water damage on the ceilings but nothing ever happened and we had alot of rain at night. Most issues we discussed with Rebecca and she was very accommodating!! The neighborhood was quiet and neighbors were nice. It is about 20min. to Clearwater beach and grocery is 5 min. Appliances worked very well and so did ceiling fans. It is a cute house and with some more work and attention would be a great stay!! We would definately stay here again if these issues were addressed!!

Needs some TLC

3.5 star stay. We had a quick 3 day stay on a split trip with kids. While the house served our needs - it was a mixed bag. The good: The backyard area pool and hot tub. It’s fantastic. The kids were obsessed and spent a ton of time out there. The kitchen is stocked with pretty much anything you need including some cooking oil / spices though we didn’t cook while we were there. There is some provided beach stuff which is really handy. Avoid Clearwater Beach and go to Indian Rocks right down the road. Kitchen has been updated. There are extra towels to use if you need them and the washing machine allows you to wash them before you check out. The not so good: Needs TLC. Shower head in the master bath is almost unuseable it just spits out enough water to take forever to rinse. Broken lightbulb in the fan in the little sleeping area is a hazard. Unfolded the couch bed to find the bottom sheet still on it with a brown stain and long and short black hairs. Back door lock is broken and the lock they rigged to use instead was also broken. Big thumbs up to Tim the maintenance guy for coming over and cutting us a piece of wood to wedge in which worked perfect. House has a old smell to it. The house needs TLC and updating. The floor left our feet dirty. Trash can had old trash in the bottom and some kind of food splattered in it. The saving grace is truly the pool area. I leave the comments not to be rude but to give honest feedback in hopes the homeowner takes them to heart for future guests.

50/50 property experience

The pool and backyard were the highlights of the house. Tv had good stations but WiFi in house kept shutting down on and off daily. Unfortunately the beds were not comfortable and The kitchen -dishes were dirty dirty!!! Location was good.
