The home is enjoyed in the summer with all it's surrounding amenities such as a marina, 13,000 sf recreation centre complete with indoor saltwater pool and other amenities. The winter doesn't afford us the luxury to get away to use the home as often as we wish, so we therefore, wish to offer it to a good family or couple who are interested in a winter home away from home. This could be anyone looking for a short term lease as well, rather than a full year term.
Why they chose this property
This property is gated, well-groomed and allows it's occupier an opportunity to relax and unwind. All grounds and roadways are cleared by Lighthouse Point, so there is no maintenance whatsoever required. Very peaceful and enjoyable property. The interior is super cozy and warm. An upgraded kitchen, recently renovated interior makes living in the condo very comforting.
