Located in a subdivision, the home is located on Galveston Island in the West end, less than 2 miles from 61st Street. Close to Walmart, restaurants, Suga’s coffee shop, shopping etc., and just 5 minutes from Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Golf Course, and many of Galveston’s most popular beaches. Ricks Beach Rentals is less than 14 miles down the road from the house, where you can rent kayaks, bicycles, surf boards, golf carts, and more.

For those seeking over-the-water thrills, just head into town and take advantage of the numerous piers Galveston has to offer, including: The 91st Street Fishing Pier, the 61st Street Fishing Pier, The Pleasure Pier attractions & rides, and Pier 21 located on the harbor side of the island. And don’t forget to check out Downtown Galveston, which offers dining & nightlife, a huge variety of shopping options, live theatre performances at The Grand 1894 Opera House or Island ETC, and much, much more.

We want our place to be welcoming and relaxing with many comforts of a resort, towels handy, drinks and food close by to make the stay enjoyable and care free. We want our guests to create great memories while visiting Galveston.

There is an efficiency apartment in the back that is rented full time but they have no access to the house and will not use back yard while it is rented... please remember this and the quiet neighborhood while outside .

Robin's Nest Excellence

Our family stayed at Robin's Nest from 7/27/19 - 8/3/19. All 10 of us were comfortable and had room to spread out. The house was amazing: Clean, beautifully decorated, and well-stocked. And it was located just one block from the sea wall and beach on a quiet street in a nice neighborhood. We could easily walk to the beach in under 5 minutes (even with small children in tow!). Robin was nice enough to have the following available at the house: Cooking utensils/ kitchen utensils Some cooking supplies Beach toys/ chairs/ umbrellas Wagon Beach towels Bathroom toiletries Bathroom towels Linens Laundry detergent/ softener Cleaning supplies This was great because we didn't have to worry about incidentals while we were on vacation! And we could save money by cooking at the house. Overall this was one of the best vacations I've had in a while. I will definitely be staying at the Robin's Nest again!
