All linens and bath towels are provided. Please bring your favorite beach and pool towels.
A starter kit of toilet tissue, shampoo, conditioner, soap and body lotion can be found in each bathroom.
In addition, we start you off with laundry detergent, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, paper towels and sponge for the kitchen. * If you are staying longer than a few days you will need more of these items.

The house comes with Shipyard gate passes for up to three vehicles and One Beach Parking pass provided (Memorial Day-Labor Day) per reservation. The Beach Club and Beach are minutes from the house. The Beach Parking pass provides for one parking space at one of the Beach Club parking areas and a free trolley to take you to the beach.

SHIPYARD is on over 800 acres and is located on the south end of Hilton Head Island. The recreational facilities include 27 holes of Golf and 20 Tennis Courts, Jogging and Biking trails, Health Spa and the beautiful Beach!

Great house!

Stayed with 8 friends for a girls trip. There was plenty of space for all of us. We really enjoyed the pool. The location is great and easy to get around. Definitely would return.

The house was fine but we rentes it for the pool and hot tub. We paid extra to heat the hot tub. I just finished breast cancer treatments that I had being going through for almost a year and my husband is going through rehab she to being hit by a drunk driver. So tbe hot tub and pool were the main draw to rent here. When checking in tbe pool was nasty, the entire bottom was covered with stuff. We ended up cleaning it ourselves. The hot tub never worked correctly and we were told by the pool guy who came Thursday it wouldnt because there was a leak in it and they knew it. We sent several messages but never got responses about thja from the rental company overseeing this home.i wouldn't rent again until theae things have been addressed.

Lovely location

The house was well cared for and welcoming. A great choice for a group of adults. There was a storm while we were there that required an internet/cable reset the next day and the management company was pleasant and responsive. Would rent from them again!

Girls Trip

We had a lovely reunion in this comfortable home. The property was equipped with everything we needed. The pool looked refreshing, but the weather was too cool to jump in.

Wonderful family friendly house

We stayed at this house for a long weekend with another family with kids and loved it! It’s a very short drive to the beach (through the neighborhood) and very close to a wonderful pirate playground for the kids! The kids loved the pool. There is a golf range in the backyard but we never noticed any noise from it. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay

The home had plenty of room and was well equipped. We loved being able to bike the community with easy beach access and access to island trails. The front sidewalk does need lighting for nighttime. We would stay here again.

Great private property!

Me and my two friends celebrated our 50, 60 and 70th birthdays. The home is a true depiction of the listing and is beautifully kept. I rate the home 5 stars with only a couple of comments: the home has TVs in every room and if you aren't a techie, the number of remotes needed to operate the TV may be confusing to you. The house rules notebook is in need of updating as the pool is 6 feet, not 5, wifi info is incorrect (refer to the ITrip app), we missed trash day as it came the day before noted, and the private beach access info needs more details on how to get there, and beach chair rental info. The home has decor that is delicate, such as model ships, carved tree and an antique barber chair, that may not be suitable for very active children. The home is well equipped with two coffee options of drip and Keurig machines, plenty of linens and an efficient large washer and dryer. Shipyard has a bike trail throughout the community and the vegetation and nature setting is beautiful. We definitely would rent the home again and is worth every penny.

Wonderful house in a great location!

We loved having a house with a pool for our family vacation. 10 St. John’s was centrally located in Shipyard near beach, restaurants, golf & activities. The pool umbrella was ideal during the heat of the day.

Beautiful home

Too far to walk to beach! Stayed at beautiful pool most of week. Wonderful main bathroom with claw foot tub and great shower! Very quiet neighborhood and not far to drive for restaurants.

Girls Trip Celebration

Our accommodations at 10 St. John's Place were perfect for a group of 6 women taking a trip to celebrate 60+ years of friendship. The large living room area was ideal for evening "gabbing" and air dropping photos from the days activities. Very well stocked kitchen even though we only used the blender and the Keurig. Beds/Pillows were comfortable. Nice to have a laundry room with newer appliances. Loved having the parking area under the house with sensor lights as it was raining 2 of the days we were there. Our recommendations would be another type of lighting at night between the parking and the front steps.

Wonderful Family Vacation

We rented this home for a long weekend family vacation celebrating our youngest son’s law school graduation. The house is in a great, central location on the island, very nicely decorated and appointed and a beautiful back yard with a pool and hot tub. ITrip vacations made the reservation process easy and check in procedures were very well communicated. Had a small issue with hot tub heat and it was fixed within a few hours. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home!

The house was beautiful and well appointed. It was very clean. The only drawback The hot tub must be requested! Luckily we caught it on the website prior to going or we would not have had it turned on. The property is located on the driving range and he must read in detail to discover this as well. It wasn't an issue. It definitely could have been as golf balls were scattered around the yard in front behind and even in the driveway. It is an absolutely lovely property and a wonderful neighborhood and I would completely return regardless of those two shortcomings.

poor property managing

lots of intrusions. pool guy lawn and landscaping a/c repair ( which did not fix problem) temp in house was 79 in afternoon. Deck railing staining after telling property manager no more workers. the property manager seems to be one of 1000 excuses but hey the place might be ok for the next rental. We felt like house sitters and all for $5200. Never again! The owner should be ashamed if this is on him. Truly screwed our vacation.

Great for Adults

So we like to travel with our friends (adults only) so 3 Couples total. This was a great property that checked all the boxes. Each Couple got a room (with a big size bed, HUGE! since most properties give little single beds) BTW the bed we had was awesome and slept great the entire trip. Each Couple got their own Bathroom which was also really awesome for us! The pro list: - Property manager was super helpful and even delivered a coffee maker since no one uses a keurig machine - Plenty of seating and able to watch TV in every room (for those rainy days) - Garage port access to park cars was a nice feature - House had cornhole (boards/bags) ready to go - had chairs for the beach which was convenient Con: - Really the only Con which a lot of people have already talked about. GOLF Balls. There is a HUGE 25-30FT net in the back yard, however there are still bad golfers that hit houses and trees. - The driving range was more active in the morning so thats when most land around the property - There was a couple times that a ball would land in the backyard We were able to have fun and enjoy the pool but there was still the concern about those Bad Golfers. ps. We Still used the pool everyday of the week Thank you for a great time !
