The living room has a window air conditioner, 40-inch flat screen TV, Blu-Ray/DVD /CD player, and Bluetooth radio. Queen-size sofa bed in the living room. This condo has free secure 5G high-speed (400 Mb/s) Wi-Fi Internet access for your laptop. This condo includes a storm/security front door with a lock. Ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom. This home will sleep 2 people comfortably and offers a king-size bed in the master bedroom with a second 22" flat-screen TV. Free unlimited phone calling to locals, the US mainland, and select countries like Canada.
Full size refrigerator, microwave, gas stove and oven. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs including utensils, dishes, pots and pans etc. There is filtered cold tap water so there is no need to purchase bottled water.

The maximum number of guests allowed in this condo is 3. There is an extra per night charge for the 3rd guest.
The well maintained Kihei Akahi complex has two swimming pools, BBQs, and a tennis court surrounded in a tropical landscaped setting. This complex is directly across the street from popular Kama'ole Beach Park II and is close to Wailea and Keawakapu Beach.

*Early check-in and late check-out must be requested in advance. If Guest does not check out at designated time there will be a penalty of up to one extra night charge.
*Every Maui Vision property listed is a NON-SMOKING home; be it inside the unit or outside on the lanai (balcony) or hallways. A designated smoking area outdoors & away from the building. There is a $500 fine for smoking. Any costs to remove the smell or damage of the smoke will either be covered by the guest in violation of this policy.
*Guest will be charged for extra cleaning if the unit is left excessively dirty or damaged the unit beyond normal wear and tear.
*IMPORTANT: The standard number of allowed guests is 3. If you wish to add more guests to your trip, there is an extra person fee of $30 per guest beyond the standard allowed guests.

Any tax increases requested by the State of Hawaii will be passed along to guests. This privately-owned vacation condo is operated in full compliance with Hawaii law. General Excise and Transient Accommodation taxes are collected and transmitted to the State of Hawaii on all rentals.
