Relax In The Heart of Lana'i
The Jasmine House is a traditional Hawaiian style home built in 2000 by Castle and Cooke Ltd and upgraded in 2010. New Casper beds were purchased in 2018. Red mahogany floors run through the entire home.
Both baths have tile flooring, granite counter tops, one has a tub the other an attractive glass block wall shower. There is a stacked washer/dryer
The kitchen is outfitted with granite counter tops and is well equipped with new appliances installed in 2018.

Dennis and I discovered Lana'i 40 years ago when it was owned by Dole Co. At that time vistas of pineapple fields covered the Island as far as the eye could see. We fell in love with the feeling of old Hawaii, the untouched beauty of the beaches, the relaxed pace of life and endless hiking/biking trails. Even today in our busy world the smiling faces, and aloha spirit abound where ever you go. Come and see for yourself!

What makes this property unique
Jasmine House rests on a quiet corner and is surrounded by tropical
landscaping which provides privacy to the large surrounding deck and porch. A ten minute walk to the heart of the town makes it convienent to shop, stroll or have a meal. Jasmine is our second home and has all of the amenities to cook, relax on the new sofa and chair, barbeque, watch Netflix, or read a book on the "lanai".
