ONE OCEAN PLACE is an ocean front condominium with on site access to the beach and direct ocean views. Seasonal rentals, April through November are weekly rentals with arrivals Saturdays and departures Saturdays. Winter Months rental options month to month - --December, January, February, March - Please request from us in messenger the Monthly Rates for Winter Rentals.

Located just 10 minutes from Airport and 15 minutes south of Myrtle Beach. Views of the ocean from ceiling to floor sliders opening to large balcony with access from Master Bedroom. The unit is furnished with 65 inch Smart TV in the living room and 51 inch TV in Master Bedroom. FREE WIFI available in unit. King Size bed in the Master Bedroom, Master Bathroom updated with oversized custom tile shower. The 2nd bedroom has 1 full bed and 1 twin bed and access to adjoining bath Queen sleep sofa in Living area. The kitchen is fully equipped. Condo has security and 2 spaces for parking in covered garage. Elevator access to unit and parking garage.

Wonderful

This is the 2nd year in a row that we have stayed here in the same unit. It is absolutely gorgeous. As soon as you open the door the view is amazing. It’s always spotless. It was 5 of us women, plenty of space very comfortable. We hope to be back next year.

Walked in front door and got the view of the ocean. WOW. Beautiful place. Slept real well. Enjoyed seeing the sunrise on the balcony. Pool and hot tub were very relaxing. Really want to go back sometime.

Garden City Beach

Loved the location, the condo was very comfortable and had great views. The owner was very responsive. Like many condos in this area you need to bring all your own supplies. Would definitely rent again.

Fantastic Condo

Stayed for Thanksgiving week. The condo was immaculate and tastefully decorated. Owners are a pleasure to work with. Most important all the chairs and the sofa in the living room were comfortable, as we spent a lot of time sitting in them and enjoying the view.

Relaxing and Cozy

We stayed at this condo for two weeks around our wedding in Murrells Inlet. It was the perfect size for the two of us. Everything was just as listed. Mornings and evenings on the balcony were great to enjoy the ocean. Close to restaurants, shopping, etc. Beth and Roger were great hosts. Highly recommend this unit!

Fun in the sun

The property was clean, which is very important to us, and upgraded. Containing all amenities necessary for us to have a fun filled vacation. The view to the ocean was spectacular. Enjoyed watching sunrises from the swivel chairs next to the floor to ceiling windows. Would recommend this place to anyone and, hopefully, will be staying here again.

Awesome place to stay!

Great location, friendly neighbors, wonderful beach access and large beach. Within walking distance to a great restaurant. SUPER easy to access the property. Instructions from owners were spot on. Only small complaint was that we had a baby crawling on the floor and was immediately dirty, no visible dirt though. Overall great experience, would stay again without hesitation. Do bring extra paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags etc.

One Ocean Place never disappoints!

We have stayed at this property several times before, but never this specific condo. We loved 703! Extremely clean, everything was exactly as described. Decorated beautifully, with stunning views of the ocean. Check in could not have been easier! Owners were easy to work with and responsive. We will definitely stay here again!

A Great Place to Vacation!

The condo is all that we hoped for and more. The view is phenomenal! There was plenty of room for the two of us and our sleepover guests. The kitchen was so well equipped that we choose to cook almost every night. The entire condo was extremely clean and well kept. The walk in showers were a plus! We enjoyed having a big screen tv and Netflix. In addition, the building itself was well maintained. It was a pleasure to swim in the pool each morning. Thank you to the owners for their swift attention to any problems that occurred or questions we had.

One Ocean Drive Condo Stay - Excellent

Overall, we were very impressed with this condo, and the cleanliness of it. The only drawback was that there were no paper products, hand soap or trash bags. These are things we would normally find when staying at other VRBO rentals.

The pictures and video of the condo don’t do it justice…It was absolutely beautiful and clean

Amazing view of the waves, the beach and for dolphin watching Amazing location to every amenity the Myrtle Beach/Garden City area has to offer Super easy to just grab your beach towel, cooler, and sand shovel and head to the beach Only thing we didn’t like and it’s not even a huge issue is the pools aren’t heated and the water was unbearably cold the 2nd week in April We loved this condo and we will be back (hopefully)

When we frequently visited this area each summer we fell in love with the beach and the condo. The view left us breathless! We have family that live in the area and we have been visiting for the past several years. We knew we will always return year after year and wanted place of our own. We live in Massachusetts and can not enjoy it all year-round. Decided we would rent so others could enjoy the beautiful beach and wonderful area. We have had many enjoyable memories while in Myrtle Beach and many more to come!

Why they chose this property

The ocean view is amazing. Step into the unit and see the ocean immediately as you open the door from the ceiling to the floor. Feels like you are out on a cruise ship. All you see is ocean. BEAUTIFUL VIEW ! Enjoy 2 pools and jacuzzi. Kids can play in ocean water while you sit on beach and relax. Can also find quiet times and spots for those that want to relax, be alone and kid-free.

What makes this property unique

This area is quieter and more family oriented. Enjoy being close to all the area attractions yet in the quieter section. Enjoy a beach right out side your door, minutes from fishing on either Garden City Pier or Surfside Pier. Quick ride and you are at Murrells Inlet can enjoy dining, night vendors and entertainment. (awesome 4th of July fireworks) You can head down HWY 17, many restaurants to choose from and get any food your are in the mood for. (Or stay in and relax, cook your own and enjoy on the balcony looking at the ocean) Drive to Broadway at the Beach (kids favorite) for shopping, food, fun, speed boat ride...never boring. Plenty of places to Golf or shop all you want. Oh and don't forget the Pelican's Baseball.
