Modern and comfortable apartment in the city center with a beautiful view from balcony. The apartment is in downtown and in neighborhood to the Opera House building, Northern avenue, France Square, Swan lake, H. Tumanyan Museum. New building, elevator, security. Also there is an 24 hours supermarket next to the building. Very safe place for walking late at night.
