Invermay
Property was very homely and spacious. Beds were extremely comfortable. Ample of parking in quiet street on flat roads. The house had a lot of character and had a lovely garden. Communication with the host was exceptional. Location was great.

Beautiful Cottage Central to Everything
We adored this little cottage and how thoughtful the owner was in setting up her rental. Bed linen was of the highest quality, kitchen was fully stocked, everything was spotless. I loved the old books and the children appreciated the toys . And your garden is just spectacular. We will be back if we ever return to Launceston. Thank you kate!

A hidden gem
A very comfortable and well appointed cottage. Located in a quiet street, yet close to everything you need. Plenty of space for 6 of us and a baby. Very clean, neat and tidy. Lots of homely touches. Will definitely stay again if the occasion arises.

Wonderful property
A beautiful period property with all the modern amenities you want while on holiday. The house is in a great location and is kept very clean with many extras and was spacious enough for 2 families. The owner was easy to deal with. Would highly recommend.

Charming and generous sized house in a quiet location the tasteful furnishings were a bonus.
Four friends enjoyed a short stay over Summer in Launceston for Mona Foma. We each had an individual bed over 3 bedrooms so would also suit 2 couples or a family. Tastefully decorated the furniture, facilities, kitchen equipment and bedding are all quality (please look after them). Access to two bathrooms deserves 5 stars alone! Although handy for our purposes it is a quieter suburb suited to guests with their own transport and was only a very short drive to the town centre.

Beautiful, private and comfortable "colonial" house in pleasant suburban area
We loved our stay here. The house is beautifully decorated and very comfortable, and is very private. Space for the car inside the automatic gate. Comfortable beds, excellent shower, separate bathroom, two living areas each with TV and good wifi would make it perfect for a larger family, with just the two of us it was a gloriously palatial existence. Everything your need is in the kitchen, even a great little coffee maker (perfect for frothy hot chocolate too!) It's pretty quiet for a town house, we slept well without disturbance. 5 minutes to the city centre. Launceston is a beautiful place to stay, well placed for exploring north and east coasts, the western tiers, Ben Lomond massif, central highlands and down to Hobart etc all easily reached. Also has great scenery like the cataract gorge all within minutes of the city. We loved our time here, and think Tassie is a magical place, it's so easy to escape, be on your own in wild wonderful countryside, coastlines and mountains. We want to go back already. Thank you for our stay in your beautiful house Kate!
