Available by Luxury Beach Rentals, this 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom suite on the 9th floor is oceanfront and offers spectacular views of the blue Atlantic. This condo offers an oceanfront master bedroom with king bed and access to the huge oceanfront balcony. The master bath offers granite counter tops, double vanities, a large walk-in shower and tile flooring. The second room offers two queen beds, the third room offers a queen bed. Other features include smart TVs in all rooms, washer and dryer, and fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, this condo creates a large and spacious stay for you and your guests. the resort is located in the heart of the Grand Strand in a quite family oriented section of the beach. Activities on site include the indoor and outdoor pool complex which includes a lazy river, 2 pools, 4 hot tubs and children’s splash pool all overlooking the beach along with a fitness center and tanning lawn.

Myrtle Beach Bday Girls Trip

This was a wonderful location with a perfect view of the ocean and each bedroom had its own bathroom. Also, there was easy access to property parking and the beach. My stay was 95% perfect. I was disappointed that there was not a kcup coffee maker.

Great spot!

Spring Break Vacation

Rental Unit was as advertised, very clean, and the only negative would be the pillows that were mention in previous reviews. Very quiet part of the beach and easy access to the beach, definitely would recommend to others to stay.

Wonderful

We were very impressed with our condo. The place was very clean and absolutely gorgeous. We had no problems what so ever. Neighbors were friendly and courteous. We will definitely stay there again and recommend it to our friends. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable.

Perfect landing spot in Myrtle

This is the perfect, spacious landing spot for a trip to Myrtle Beach. Right on the beach, easy access to all attractions, indoor and outdoor pools. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. It was well decorated and clean.

Beautiful condo!

Everything about this condo was perfect for us! This condo was spotless. The view is amazing & balcony well furnished & large! Everything we needed was provided. Inside is beautiful, just as pictured! The only negative comment we had was there wasn’t a big enough closet in the primary bedroom, no long hanging space. We will return for a longer stay for sure!

Perfect family condo

This condo was very nice and made for a perfect vacation rental. Upon check in, this was probably the cleanest beach rental that I’ve experienced, absolutely zero issues. The furniture and amenities were all in great shape and the decor was perfect for a beach vacation. The building property was well maintained and you actively saw employees cleaning all week making sure things were in order. Parking was simple and convenient. Communication with the rental management company was easy and prompt responses. This condo was perfect for a family vacation as it was quiet and nothing wild going on, even on the 4th of July week. We will definitely look to rent again next time we are planning a trip to Myrtle Beach.

Lovely Beach Oasis

Family vacation, had a wonderful time in this clean well-appointed condo. Had everything we needed, the amenities at the building were excellent (pools/hot tubs/etc.), and the view from the place cannot be beat. We really liked the layout as the bedrooms felt separated and private. The beds are a little firm, and agree with previous review that they could use to replace some pillows which are very flattened. Overall highly recommend!

Golf trip

The condo was a 5 star. Totally renovated with quality furnitures . All the rooms was very confy and everything needed was availible. This unit is an ocean front condo. The view is spectacular. The complex is very well maintain with great pools and jaccuzi. You feel like in a carabean resort. At night the outside is very nice also. In October prices are down and weather is still beautiful. Wow this was the best vrbo that we have rent. The access was easy, managment very very quick to respond. Great 5 star

The unit was clean and well appointed. The rental, checkin, and checkout processes were very simple. The facilities were nice and well maintained. The only negative we had is there are no restrooms on the ground floor so if youre at the pool and need to go to the restroom, you have to either go to your room or a small unisex restroom on the 2nd floor. We really enjoyed our stay. TY!

Disappointed

The pool did not open until half way through trip. Ice maker gave us 6 cubes in three days so we had to buy ice. The pillows on every bed were so flat that it was like sleeping on nothing. I had put if the condo was handicapped accessible and it said it was but there was not a shower for my sister to use.

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this building many times, and in this unit as well. It’s a nice building with a great view, easy parking, pools, hot tubs, and a lazy river to enjoy. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the sun rise over the ocean, and my daughter misses the lazy river already. We were disappointed that the lazy river and pool were freezing cold all week long, and wish they had been heated. We avoided the outdoor pool because it was full of bugs and debris every day. The renovations to this individual unit were very nicely done (especially that stunning primary bathroom)! The entire unit was very clean, the living room very comfortable with a large and modern tv, and the kitchen was fantastic, clean and well taken care of, with water/ice dispenser in the fridge. The smaller front bedroom doesn’t have a closet, and the large walk-in closet is now locked as an additional owners’ closet, so there is very little closet space. More places to hang swimsuits and towels would be very helpful, as there are no hooks in the front bathroom and not enough places to hang things up in general. Several of us remarked that the pillows were very lumpy and uncomfortable. The biggest issue we had though was the high king size bed in the primary bedroom - we had elderly guests sleeping in that room and they really struggled to get in and out of that bed each day. Steps to get into it, or at bare minimum a sturdy step stool, would be much safer. I do wish it had been noted in the description, as we may have chosen a more accessible unit for them. Overall we had a lovely, memorable trip, and would stay there again. The additions of hooks, newer pillows, and steps for the primary bed would make our stay perfect.

Great stay, but...

This was overall a really great place to stay. Convenient ocean access, clean rooms, etc. There was a hiccup at check-in, as the email giving me the code to the door was never sent. Being a Sunday, I panicked a little, but Robert took care of us very quickly. I knew the pools were closed, so that wasn't an issue. They were also doing work on painting balconies. This would have been fine, except it meant that the balcony had a very thick sheet of plastic encasing it. There was no way to see anything but sky when seated. As it was a selling point for my wife to be able to sit on the balcony and read while looking out over the ocean, it was more than disappointing that the plastic stayed on the entire week we were there. It took a big part of our expectations away and honestly, it was a big part of why we booked at this location. The maintenance crew left a five gallon bucket of paint, a long roller, and a plastic tarp on our balcony for about three hours before coming back to retrieve it. Having no idea when they were coming back, I had to stay in the room while my family was down at the beach. I missed the beach that day as rain started after the crew showed up to retrieve their items. I will gladly give this place another chance, but I will definitely be more inquisitive when booking the reservation next time. Had a good time, but these other things just kept it from being perfect, I guess.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this unit twice. It is a comfortable, beautiful room with a great view. The only thing that was inconvenient for us is that we had access to one closet in second bedroom. Understandably, owners had lock in main bedroom for their personal use, and second closet was very narrow with shelves. You couldn't hang anything. And third bedroom has no closet.
