About this property

Fully furnished two bedroom / two bath garden / lagoon view villas at Marriott's Monarch Oceanfront in Sea Pines for the week of Saturday June 4, 2022 through Saturday June 11, 2022! Beautiful location with all of the amenities and the perfect time of the year before the full heat of summer sets in. Top quality and well maintained resort with onsite concierge. Great pool options and just a short walk from garden view room to level and spacious beach area! Fantastic family resort in the heart of Sea Pines.

Check Marriott website for full resort details and compare their rates/availability - our rate is substantially lower than the same 2BR garden view villa for the same week if reserving through Marriott reservations! This is our personal fixed week/fixed unit timeshare, which we have owned 15+ years and we've never had a bad stay, nor an issue with our guests in their stays. Upon booking, the week is transferred to your name in Marriott Timeshare Club's system, and check-in is in your name. Front desk will ask for a credit card for incidentals, but otherwise no additional charges.

Why they chose this property

We have owned in Marriott's Monarch at Sea Pines for many years, and love everything about it - we actually own 3 separate weeks and our family never tires of coming back! As the only Marriott property on Hilton Head Island with direct beach access you get all the benefits of the brand along with a location that is hard to beat. The beach and pools are perfect and there are plenty of spots to getaway for relaxing in hammocks and hot tubs, a fire pit, sun deck and gazebo for grilling/gathering. This unit is #3832 in the Azalea building, which is nearest non-beachfront building, and from the balcony there is a very restricted ocean view. This is always such a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
