Born and raised in Vernon, and also being a full time professional RE/MAX Realtor in Vernon, I knew the best places to purchase - and this was where we purchased!
Why they chose this property
I was raised on the lake, and this was a fabulous lakeshore opportunity in 1998, and remains so today. We like the location close to the Yacht Club as the breakwater helps lessen the boat traffic as well as offers some shelter from storms. The boat launch is close, as well as Paddlewheel Park if you want some more public beach activities.
What makes this property unique
This newer home can accommodate 10, maybe 11 people, with 6 in the main portion of the house, plus has a suite for 4 - 5 more included with the rental. It is in a nice, quiet neighbourhood, close to the Yacht Club and parks. The water has a gradual slope into the deeper portions - no steep drop offs. We have a convenient buoy that you can fasten your own boat to, or your rental boat.
