This condo is completely remodeled with flat panel TV, slate floors in kitchen/bath, granite counter-tops, gorgeous cabinets, stone fireplace, and more! Everything is all new. It's beautiful, and is truly a haven after a long day in town or on the slopes.

This condo sits in a perfect location in Park City. Close to everything: 5 minutes to Main Street, all 3 ski resorts. Park City's free shuttle stops at the property to deliver you anywhere in town. This is a Sundance screening location too!

Couple of things couldve been better

Good location and property, however there was no dish washing sponge so i had to go buy one. There was only 1 bin bag so i had to use grocery bags, and the fire place/heater made a clicking sound that was a little loud and was disruptive when trying to sleep

Beautiful place, great hosts

This unit at the Prospector lodgings was perfect for our ski trip in Park City. Layout of the unit is great and kitchen is perfect for cooking. loved the gas fireplace in the place too- though it did stop working on the last night and we couldn't fix it. Owners were great and communicated issues to them and they were very responsive. Bus stop to get to the mountains is right out the front! Buses to the mountain go every 20 minutes, and it's about 20 minute by bus to town as well. Would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Park City

Cozy!

Charming studio, plenty big for two. Comfortable bed. Kitchen with just enough to prepare dinners. Great set up for skiing as the bus is just 1/4 block down the street. Highly recommend

Another great week!

Loved returning to this comfortable condo! Location is so convenient to Deer Valley and Park City. I soaked in the huge, hot outdoor hot tub every night and talked to some nice people. Peace and quiet, comfortable bed with crisp sheets, ensured I slept very well. Thanks again Kevin!

Another Great Stay at this Unit

i have stayed here many times. And its just as good, if not better, than the first time i stayed there . Not only is the unit nice (i love the fireplace heater unit as does a great job heating the unit plus its so quiet compared to the heaters in most of the units at the prospector) but there is a bus stop right outside the unit so you can get everywhere in town highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful Studio

Exactly, as described, fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable bed, parking, laundry accessible! Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! Stayed nearly 5 weeks - would totally recommend it!

PC Ski Trip

Great location for a park city ski trip… right on the bus line which provides free rides all over town, to Park City, Deer Valley, and downtown!

Worked for an overnight

The check in was not good I had no idea there was an office. Then I could not find it, as it was not on property maps The women oat the desk talked so fast I had a hard time catching what she said. So when I said I’m not sure I understand, she’s just raised her voice like I was deaf. Very irritating

Park City for a wedding

The common spaces are really plain but the room itself is cozy and comfortable. We arrived during some heavy road construction which made coming and going fairly difficult, but we spent much of our time elsewhere. We were quite pleased with the stay overall, but some minor annoyances: the lights in the bathroom flicker, the iron doesn't hold water for steaming, and we would have appreciated more coffee pods... As I said MINOR! Don't hesitate to book this spot!

Great Location

Everything was really great except the pullout sofa was not comfortable enough to sleep on. My son ended up sleeping on the couch, which was comfortable but if you have more than person trying to sleep on it, I would not recommend it since two can't really sleep on the couch. Other than that, it was a good stay and convenient to everything. The hot tub was easy to get to across the parking lot and the owner was nice to bring us some needed essentials and responded to questions in a somewhat timely manner and was very friendly. Overall, would recommend highly.

Small Gem convenient to everything

Perfect for two or three guests. Great location, right on the free shuttle line. In the slopes in 15 minutes. Front desk support feels like a hotel. Great price at Park city, can’t beat it. Will definitely stay again.

Fantastic stay

My husband and I really enjoyed our week stay at this property. Loved the convenient location of the building. The bus stop was very close. The condo was nicely decorated and very clean. The hosts were easily accessible if we needed anything. They even had a nice bottle of wine as part of our welcome. We will definitely stay there again.

Another enjoyable stay!

Returned this year to stay once again at this cozy studio close to Deer Valley. I was very comfortable; I especially love the gas fireplace. Also love the huge, HOT hot tub at Prospector. Kevin responded very quickly and was extremely helpful and kind.

The Prospector is simply one of the best locations in Park City! Close to everything, on the bus route, dining and shopping in the neighborhood....it's perfect for vacations.
