New Spacious two-Level Home!! Five bedrooms (1 King, 1 queen and 3 Full beds) and 4 Baths offers great comfort and privacy. Beautiful, custom-designed and landscaped yard which includes a built in Gas BBQ grill and fire pit. There is also a charcoal grill for those who prefer a more natural bbq. The house now also features a pool for all guests to enjoy. The Pool has a heat pump which operates with the environments temperature. There is no additional cost for heating up the pool, however, the pool temperature cannot be guaranteed due to the environment temperature variations.

I purchased this beautiful home almost a year ago. Love Arizona and hope on moving there in the near future. Current work situation has me living in New York, however I do travel to Arizona several times a year. I thought it would be a great idea to rent the house so that other people enjoy Arizona and this house as much as I do. Therefore, if you are traveling for business or pleasure this house can offer you the necessary accommodations to make your stay in Arizona a pleasant one. You will not be disappointed.
