Tilghman Beach & Racquet Club Resort is conveniently located just off Main Street on Ocean Blvd in the heart of it all in North Myrtle Beach! Some of the spectacular on-site amenities includes 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, 2 kiddie pools, 2 grill areas, one set of pools oceanfront & the other set across the street. A gorgeous oceanfront pergola sundeck & lighted tennis courts. This 3-story retreat has elevators for easy access to your floor & parking under building. This 2nd floor 3 Bedroom / 2.5 Bath Oceanfront condo features a fully equipped kitchen, DW, washer/dryer, WiFi, 1 screened porch & 1 Balcony. bed arrangement: 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 twin bed, one twin triple bunk bed, and 1 sofa bed. Maximum occupancy 10. Family attractions, golf & miniature golf, amusement park, water sports & fishing are all in close proximity to the Tilghman Beach & Racquet Club. We rent strictly to families and mature persons over the age of 25. McMillan Real Estate, Inc cannot rent to teenage or college age groups, even if accompanied by an older chaperone. House party groups are NOT allowed. Should a house party attempt to occupy a property, they will be denied entrance or evicted, with no refund. Properties are privately owned and reflect the individual tastes of the owner. Saturday to Saturday - Weekly Rentals Only. Trip Insurance available for an additional fee. No Smoking allowed in Unit, balcony, or on either side of entrance. No Pets, Boats, Motorcycles, Golf Carts, Trailers, or RV's allowed.

Great location not clean.

Condo was not cleaned well. Oven was dirty as were the end tables. The rubber around the refrigerator door was falling off. The location however was great, on the beach.

The location of the property was excellent right next to main street. Check in process was fast and easy. The condo itself had plenty of room to fit 6 people and had plenty extra room.

Summer vacation

Property was moderately clean. Considering the staffing issues, I expected worse. The unit was updated and very nice. We’ve stayed at the Tilghman for years now in various units and I’d have to say that I would rent this again if our usual unit is not available. Overall a great experience. Check in process of standing outside the office was a bit of a cluster. Understandable with COVID. All in all, a good experience.

Vacation at Tilghman’s

The unit is in a great location but the parking is terrible and the living room furniture needs to be replaced. The pool was closed for two days due to electrical issues. Not good.

Great location and comfortable.

It was as advertised. This unit needs some updates. Dining room chairs had torn seat covers and mattress in the master bedroom has sunken spots from over use. It needs replaced.

Stephenson Family Vacation 2019

This was our last vacation together as just our family. We will be adding a Spouse to the mix in September and with two more kids graduating next spring and off to start their careers, scheduling a family a family vacation will be almost impossible from now on. The place was outstanding and very convenient to most of the things we did. Plenty of room for everyone. I was concerned with the cleanliness when we arrived. I know with the families coming and going on a weekly basis, it's hard to do thorough cleaning between 11:00 and 4:00. It would have been nice to have had a vacuum cleaner with a hose in the unit to have cleaned even better before our departure, but I feel we left it a lot better than we found it. Other than that, we loved the place, the location and yes we would stay at this place again. Thanks for helping us have a great week!
