New hardwood downstairs and tile floors upstairs, all new furnishings and accessories, and private courtyard with sundeck overlooking a private park. The 2 Bedrooms are upstairs and each have their own private bath. Queen bed in owner's suite and two twins in second bedroom. Both bedrooms have a private balcony. Living room sofa makes into a queen. 1/2 bath downstairs in the living area. Free WIFI and three tvs and stereo. The outdoor courtyard is perfect for relaxing, you will not want to go inside. Lush landscaping. Just steps to the heated pool. All located in the beautiful private community of Truman Annex. You are located 2 blocks to Duval Street and the beach is at the end of the street. You can walk or ride a bike to everything in Old Town Key West, including Mallory Square where "FREE" nightly entertainment is provided prior to the famous sunsets.

Fantasy Fest parade rolls in front of the property so you have front row seats. Ft. Zachary Taylor is at the end of the street and has an awesome beach, perfect for snorkeling and fishing.

All types of watersports are nearby; snorkeling, fishing, diving, paddle boarding, kayaking, sailing, and sunset dinner cruises.

Night life starts just one block away with The Green Parrot, the first and last bar on US 1. Duval is another block away and this is where you will find fantastic dining, bars with live music, shopping, and plenty of sights to see. Great Vacation

The property is gorgeous and the location is perfect. Everything you would ever want to do and see is within walking distance. Our kids are ages 14, and 15 and they had a terrific time whether it was walking to varios attractions or going out on the many excusions we did. We couldnt have asked for a better place to stay.

Our family came down to enjoy Lobster Fest. Everything was perfect- the condo was well equipped and stocked with everything we needed. Jim and Colleen were extremely accommodating and went out of their way to make sure everything was right! We look forward to returning next summer!!

House is well stocked, clean & easy access to all the sights of Key West. The pool was a very welcomed treat after a great day of sight seeing. The condo is centrally located to many bars and restaurants, Fort Zachary, Duval Street and many museums.

Very comfortable home, well appointed with everything needed - kitchen, beach towels and bags, coolers, 2 bikes. Location was perfect for us, close to bars and restaurants but far enough away to be out of the fray, inside Truman Annex with easy access to the public beach. Perfect low-key KW vacation stay

2 adults, infant, and 2 grandparents shared the townhouse. Ideal location for little ones as nearby the splashpad and community outdoor pool (heated). A wonderful fall getaway!

We had a great time during our trip to Key West. The home was exactly as listed, in a great location convenient to everywhere, and had everything we could need. My wife and I purchased this Town House after owning the Condo next door. Key West is our favorite place to escape to. You can truly get on 'island time' here. Whether you are just hanging out on the sundeck or by the pool, biking around the island, or bar hopping, Key West has something to offer everyone. There is really more to do here than most people have the time to do. This can be your home away from home also.

We purchased here because we are located in a private community Truman Annex. We are just two blocks from Duval Street, and do not need a car when we are there. You can just hang out, or be in the heart of everything. Your choice.

We purchased this Town House in 2018

Why they chose this property

This wonderful 2 bedroom 2 & 1/2 Bathroom Town House is owner's second home and has just been beautifully and professionally decorated. Fresh paint throughout, all new hardwood flooring, new kitchen with granite and stainless steel appliances, and brand new designer furnishings make this a home away from home. A large rear courtyard with a brick deck perfect for entertaining. Located in the heart of old town Key West, Truman Annex is a gated community of private homes and condominiums. There is an inviting heated swimming pool on premises.

Our home has been featured on the cover of The Key West newspaper because of the 'islandy feel'.

All dining, shopping, and night life are within walking distance from your door. One of the highest-rated national park and beach areas in America is just a short walk away. The Master bedroom has a Queen size bed. 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit is fully equipped for long, enjoyable stays. All you need is your clothes and toothbrush. Life is good in the Keys! Walk or bike to shopping, dining, fishing, entertainment, beaches, sunsets, Mallory Square, and Duval Street.
