Why stay in a smaller cabin or hotel when Bennett's Tree House has such great rates? Bennett's Tree House is located right off the parkway in the Eagle's Ridge area of Pigeon Forge Less than 2 miles off parkway. Beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bath, 2 level cabin!!
Two master suites on the lower level, one with king size bed, one with queen size bed. Bathrooms have tub/shower. Game room with pool table, multi arcade game, television and sleeper sofa. (Entrance is downstairs. Main living area is upstairs). Beautiful gas fireplace upstairs in living room! Brand new sleeper sofa in living room. Brand new dining room furniture seats 6. Fully equipped kitchen with brand new cabinets! Two bedrooms upstairs with queen size beds. Upstairs bathroom has shower. ALL BEDS AND SLEEPER SOFAS HAVE NEW MATTRESSES ADDED IN 2018!! ALL BEDROOMS HAVE FLATSCREEN TV'S!! WIFI!! Enjoy the swings, rocking chairs, grill, outdoor dining, and hot tub!! Parking for 4-5 vehicles (depending on size).
Conveniently located near outlet shopping, great dining, and loads of Pigeon Forge's greatest attractions.

2025 Spring Break with the Family

This is the fourth time we've stayed at this cabin. We always have a good time. There were 8 of us, 9yo-68yo. Everybody has plenty of space and the kids love the hot tub. The only hiccup this year was the Wi-Fi, which was very spotty, but our family managed to easily find other things to do. We will definitely be booking this cabin again for another great vacation..

Family getaway

Had trouble getting our code then checked in and place hadn't been cleaned. We had to wait couple hours while they cleaned. Property owner made everything good, cleaning staff were vere nice and did a great job. Overall would definitely recommend this place, we had a blast. Everything worked as told very happy overall.

Great family vacation

Everything was great. Only because of a recent surgery didn’t like walking the stairs to get to the kitchen and sitting area but it was so lovely. Everything about the stay was great especially the location for the attractions. Definitely staying again.

Great Place to Have a Family Vacation

I loved the cabin. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. It was nice to have such a big place for our families. There is too much to do in the area in one trip. We saw waterfalls, road a mountain coaster, checked out the strip and Gatlinburg. It's a real interesting place to vacation. The cabin was a great place to land at night.

Great cabin

We brought all our adult kids for a family vacation. Had plenty of space to gather and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Kids enjoyed the hot tub. Kitchen was stocked for cooking at the cabin. Would rent again.

Roomy…great location

We had a great time in Pigeon Forge. The drive to cabin is very convenient to the main strip and grocery stores. The game room hosted many matches and even more upsets. Haha. We were there for the Ripken experience and this was a great location for that.

Springtime in Pigeon Forge

Our group of 7 life long friends thoroughly enjoyed our time in Pigeon Forge & our stay at Bennett’s Tree House. The house fit our group perfectly, with enough bedrooms & a large living room/dining area that allowed us all to gather together. Although we didn't have time to use the game room or hot tub, their availability is a nice touch to the home! Our only "complaint" would be the lack of 'personal supplies' (tp). Communication with the owner was excellent! Very easy to deal/work with. Very accommodating owners! Overall, we had a great time, in a great house, & a great area of the USA!👍

Spring Break Vacation 2024

We all enjoyed our stay. We came down from northern Indiana with another family and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was in an area with a lot of other cabins, but was not too loud. It also was nicely close to the Island and Publix so we could get groceries. Our only challenge was with the temperature dial on the hot tub. It seemed to be difficult setting the right temperature. If we are back in the area for another vacation, we will definitely consider this place again.

Girls weekend

My cousins, sister and our daughters all stayed for a weekend in Gatlinburg. We enjoyed the accommodations. The Christmas decorations were a nice touch.

Sister/Cousin Trip

Everything about this cabin was great! There was plenty of room for eight adults to be together yet have their privacy. There were plenty of towels, extra pillows and blankets. The kitchen was well stocked and well organized. Will definitely consider this cabin again when we return to the area.

This cabin has lots of room for a large family and is located about 5 mins from the Parkway in Pigeon Forge. This was our second year booking this cabin. Better than any hotel! This is our go to cabin in the area.
