UPDATED, CLEAN, MODERN retreat, close to hiking, with stunning views.

Our home is centrally located in a highly desirable neighborhood in West Sedona. If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful home to relax with your friends or family then this is the spot for you. It is a short walking distance to national forest trails such as Sugar Loaf, Thunder Mountain, Chimney Rock and Teacup. We are also close to the Amitabha Stupa & Peace Park. Shopping, dining, art galleries, spas and a movie theatre are also a short distance away. Whole Foods, Natural Grocers, Bashas’ and Safeway are just down the street.

Our home is a 2000 sq foot home with 3br/2ba split floor plan that boast great red rock views. The home has been recently renovated and freshly painted. The home has a open floor plan with split bedrooms. The master bedroom is an en suite with a king bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a king bed. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combo. There are two twin pull out chairs in the common area. The house is one level, no stairs. The home includes high speed (300 Mbps) WiFi, and smart TVs to access apps that you subscribe to. There is a full size W/D with laundry soap, iron, ironing board, pack and play for infants and board games. There is a ice chest available as well as a picnic blanket if you choose to picnic in one of the beautiful surrounding areas. Beach towels are available if you should visit Slide Rock, which I highly recommend. We also have four yoga mats available for your use. There is convenient parking for two cars in the driveway. Garage access is not allowed.

The backyard space has amazing red rock views with outdoor seating at a table for 6. Enjoy the red rock waterfall for your peace and tranquility.

We are located in a quiet, residential neighborhood at the base of Thunder Mountain. This is a family/retiree neighborhood. Please respect my neighbors privacy, peace and quiet. No loud noise after 9. PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED AT MY HOUSE. A $500 fine will be imposed if you do. There is one Ring security camera located at the front door. No smoking and no pets allowed. Thank you!!!

Please do not move my furniture. I have one female housekeeper and she has a hard time moving the heavy furniture back into its place.

Perfect location!

We loved the house, backyard with the covered porch and fire pit. We even used the grill and ate outside. Neighborhood was very peaceful and nice to walk to hiking trails. Location was perfect. perfect Sedona house

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this house. It is well equipped and well maintained. The backyard was great for our kids to spend some time outside, and views are magical. We walked to Sugarloaf Trail (short cut instructions provided by owner) and the neighborhood is great. Don't miss Sedonuts or Pisa Lisa. This is one of those houses where you arrive and realize it is even better than you expected. Highly recommend!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The house is beautiful and the backyard is a gem. We loved sitting outside enjoying the views and the firepit at night. Super convenient to town and shopping, very quiet neighborhood and trails are within easy walking distance. Would definitely stay again!

Relaxing stay in Sedona

We had a women's trip to Sedona and this property was perfect for the three of us. Nicely appointed kitchen and a nearby Whole Foods made it very easy to create our own breakfasts and dinners.

You can't top this view!

My family and I stayed at this home and we couldn't have been happier. The location is great and everything we needed was provided. Safeway is right down the road and make sure you stop by Sedonuts. We even saw a herd of javelinas one evening walking down the road.

This was an amazing stay for my family and I. Beautiful home, beautiful neighborhood, amazing views and an amazing place for relaxation. It was very close to nearby hiking, great food in the local area and we would love to stay here again if we are back in town. Host made check in easy and was very helpful.

Wonderful Stay

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful views are stunning. Michelle was delightful all throughout any communication during our stay. Home is spacious and we loved the reclining sofa. Clean and met our needs. Plenty of hot water too. It did get chilly so we had a wonderful time with fireplace, we don't have that luxury in Phoenix so it was a treat. Location is great too, restaurants, grocery stores all close by. Nice quiet neighborhood as well.
