Amazing views. Centrally located between Bathurst, Lithgow and Oberon
BRAND NEW COTTAGE (same property but cottage is brand new in September 2022) ! Binbrook is situated halfway between Lithgow and Bathurst. It is a newly built 2 bedroom cottage (60m2) on 17 acres. Come and enjoy the country experience. Curl up in front of the combustion fire or take in the amazing views from every room. Wander around the property and find the creek. Watch the sheep and Alpacas. Listen to old time records. The house has 2 bedrooms... one queen bed and one king bed (that can be split into 2 long single beds) Property is unsuitable for toddlers and young children due to steep slopes, unfenced dams and no child proof locks. No Pets No smoking No WIFI available. There is a 4G signal so the guest's mobile data can be used. The kitchen is well equipped or choose to BBQ instead. Spend the time relaxing on the property or explore the surrounding area with its gorgeous countryside. The owners live on the property but the cottage is completely private with its own entrance, and is about 200m away from the main house.

Small well equipped house in a very quiet rural setting; an easy 25 minute drive to Bathurst and Lithgow. Lovely views of the countryside with beautiful sunsets. Enjoyed a very relaxing 4 nights-I had the best sleeps! A great place to relax and unwind from suburban life. We couldn't work out how to connect the TV via the phone, so no TV for 4 nights. We managed to get the DVD working though. .. Gow
We had a nice break at this lovely cottage! The location was perfect, offering a serene escape from daily stress. The cottage itself was well-catered, providing all the comfort and privacy we needed for a truly relaxing stay. The host was excellent, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process and being very easy to communicate with. We would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking to unwind in nature and enjoy a peaceful setting. The view through the large glass doors was incredibly refreshing, and we're already looking forward to returning to catch the sunset again!
Perfect long weekend away for our babymoon. Very cosy, spent the evenings by the fire and cooked some amazing meals. Our firewood was topped up to keep us nice and warm, the views are amazing, beds are comfy with plenty of blankets and a heater to warm the bedroom up.
Recommend for a little getaway.
As soon as we walked in and saw the view through the big glass doors, we were so happy we had chosen to stay in this amazingly beautiful accommodation. It had everything friends or family need to connect, including board games, a speaker for music, an amazing property to walk around and no TV to distract you from the farm animals and rolling paddocks. There was, however, a TV in one of the bedrooms to stream to. I will definitely come back to de stress from life.
The property and surrounding countryside views were amazing ! In addition to this- all the little details complimented the cottage. Everything you could ever want in a country escape.
The peace and serenity of the property is worth the trip alone. Every homely need was catered for. Couldn’t think of anything more you would need for a stay at Binbrook Views. Thank you so much
Beautiful country cottage with modern touches and stunning valley views in an absolutely peaceful serene setting. The place had been very well thought out and we appreciated all the welcoming touches such as fresh eggs and lavender on the table. It was very well equipped and homey. Sunset was spectacular. Loved watching the shadows change throughout the day over the ranges. Very quiet setting with good amount of privacy, despite the open nature of the home that maximises the view. When returning home to Sydney, we travelled via Evan's Crown and really enjoyed the hike to the massive boulders on top of the mountain. Look forward to returning in the future.
Fantastic place to relax and enjoy the country view in comfort.
From booking to arriving at the property an easy process and great communication. Beautiful property and breathtaking views.
The home so clean and welcoming in cold nights warm up with a little fire in the combustion wood fire place.

We enjoyed the property immensely and absolutely adored property horses Blaze and Louie as they were very welcoming... Property was clean and offered a serene holiday experience... We highly recommend the property.
This is a great place to stay for total relaxation and peace. We enjoyed our picnic lunches on and walking over the property. The beds are comfortable, a lovely big verandah to soak in the view. The owners are wonderful to deal with. Overall very good.
Took our mother there for a long weekend to celebrate her 80th birthday. Everyone had a wonderful time, including mum's 2 well behaved dogs.
Lots of nice walks around the property.
Just a perfect country setting with fantastic views/outlook, and not far from Sydney.
Would recommend to anyone wanting a relaxed and comfortable stay.
Our thanks to the hosts Carolyn and Peter.
The house is large and comfortable. The views wonderful. The horses friendly. Plentiful bird life and nearby Evans Crown is great for bushwalks and more spectacular views. A very enjoyable weekend away.
We had a wonderful stay in this cottage, very well maintained and had everything we needed. Beautiful, peaceful location we would love to come back. Thank you to the owners.
