Started off with the owner meeting us and everything seemed fine and she was nice. I was super jetlagged and not feeling well so i rested for a couple days i started getting bad allergies and started to notice how filthy the place was. I should have listened to the other review. They do not pre clean before you come my white socks where black in 30 minutes the windows and window frames where filthy and dusty everything was dusty in the pictures you can't see the bottom but the couch recliner because the table is blocking it. Its held together by tape there and covered in sweat and other greasy stains. Where people rest there heads you can see the sweat stains its digusting. Dust was everywhere i couldnt breath out my nose it had my allergies so bad. There is mold and mildew growing in the upstairs shower and stains and spiderwebs all over the place. I contacted vrbo and they had me send in pictures of everything. They agreed and said it was dirty and told me i should ask them if they can send a cleaning crew. When i called and complained very politley just simply asking if someone can come dust and clean up. The husband says" why are you complaining i hate complaints and called me a liar and a trouble maker and started yelling and cussing at me acting very aggressive. And swearing they clean the place. He threatend to kick me out then said he will decide if he will have his wife clean then proceeded to hang up on me. I called vrbo and got refunded and relocated. Stay away!
