Looking for a stylish and cozy cottage? Check out our 3 bedroom, 4 bed cottage with natural light that fills the vaulted ceiling living space. The kitchen features a granite countertop and custom bar/eating area. Relax in the walk-in full shower and granite sink bathroom. Outside, is a large green space with a fire pit and covered patio. Stay connected with SmartTV and WiFi. A short walk to the strip and GOTL Township Park. A short commute to award winning wineries and Spire Institute.

This quaint, 680 square foot, three bedroom cottage comfortably sleeps 6 people.

We will continue to provide a clean and sanitary environment for our guests. We are initiating additional measures to ensure that each room and all shared areas are safe and comfortable for our guests. We will continue to use commercial & hospital-grade disinfectants and sanitizers. We will continue to strive for the highest standards of cleanliness in all areas of our property.

Bedroom one and two have queen size beds with small closet spaces in each room.
Bedroom three has twin bunk beds.
One bathroom with full sized walk in shower. Granite counter top. Bath soap, blow dryer provided.

Perfect cottage

This cottage is perfect for a long weekend. Close to the strip, clean, and has all the amenities needed to enjoy your stay. We go to Geneva every year as an anniversary trip because we got married at the lodge. We will be staying here again

Slice of Quiet!

My mom and I recently stayed for a long weekend and enjoyed this cottage. It was very nicely decorated and above all, it was clean! I would sit on the back patio at night and watch the fireflies with no noise from the strip. Super peaceful. Toni was great to work with and she was very responsive. I'm not sure I'd want to walk to the strip from this cottage only because it's so dark at night and Presidential Dr. is really long. But, if you were with a group and had flashlights it might be fine. We drove and parked on the strip instead, which was no problem at all. We also found out that the golf cart taxis could shuttle us if needed. Overall, it was just perfect for us and everything was provided. The mattresses were SO comfortable and I've never slept so well. I needed that! Thank you very much and we would absolutely book this cottage again. A+

Charming

We were very pleased with this adorable property. It's small but doesn't feel small. The owners have creatively maximized the use of space, and it fit our group of five quite comfortably. Would definitely rent it again.

Perfect little house close to the strip

We had a great time staying here. It was easy to access and very clean. Although it's a small house you don't feel cramped at all. It had everything we needed and just a 5-10 minute walk to the strip.

Cute, modern home with lots of light

Toni has taken care of every detail in this rental! It was nice to have a hair dryer, shampoo and conditioner, and some other basics provided so I didn't have to pack those items. We also enjoyed some board games and magazines on a rainy evening. Such an efficient use of space. It lives so much bigger than it appears from the outside. Speaking of which, there is also a nice outdoor space with a covered back patio and plenty of chairs to move into the backyard if you have sunny days. Location is great. You can walk to the main strip but you're far enough away to have peace and quiet. We had a small issue with the check-in process, but Toni was quick to respond and get us taken care of. Overall, would recommend and would stay again.

Over all our stay was a great experience

We rented the place with a group of friends for an overnight on New Years Eve. It was cute and clean. My only complaint would be Francis Rd. It has some potholes and it isnt paved and doesn't have any gravel or street lights so it was a bit muddy and hard to see walking to and from the Strip. I know that isnt the home owners fault but it is a concern for other renters.

So comfortable!

We went for bike week and this was just a short walk to all the happenings but could come back to our little house and enjoy a fire in the backyard without all the noise. House is small but so well planned that 6 people fit very comfortably. The covered back porch is a bonus for shade and rain. Thanks Toni!

Wonderful experience

The Cottage was surprisingly great. Everything we needed was available. It was just as described. Communication between agent and me was swift and always friendly and accurate. Definitely will consider next year.

Classy Cottage

Upon entering the property you distinctly notice how clean it smelled. Every room was immaculate. Communication with the owner was extremely swift.. Great place for adults and the bunk beds, the lower bunk was comfortable but it would be hard for an older adult to get in and out of if they had any back issues. Location was very convenient.

Toni is a fabulous host and very quick to answer messages, she even stopped by to see if we needed anything. House was great, spotlessly clean perfect for a couple nights away for my girlfriends and me. The hostess had thought of everything a guest could need. I highly recommend this property!

Beautiful cottage

We enjoyed a 3 day stay at the cottage. The cottage was well equipped. The bunk beds were a hit with our grandchildren!!!!! Cleanliness A+. The evenings were spent by the fire pit. You won’t be disappointed with this cottage.

Super clean and very nicely decorated to immediately help you relax. Great location for GOTL sites.

Easter weekend away from home

What a cool house! They used the small space so well to include everything we needed. Only complaint was the listing said queen beds and they were full. Husband is 6’4” and I am 5’9”- it wasn’t a good fit but the couch was comfy. Beautiful decorations- great location- outdoor space was perfect.

I grew up in Youngstown, OH and moved to Lake County in 1999. I am a water person. There’s nothing more relaxing for me than a enjoying a great book on a sandy beach. I consider myself very fortunate to have Lake Erie in my back yard and all the fun (antiques, water sports) restaurants and activities (wineries!) that surround the area.

Why they chose this property

Many summers were spent at GOTL as a child and now as an adult. I have so many great memories of this unique destination, so I thought to myself, why not provide a cottage for others to make their own memories?

What makes this property unique

The unique benefit of this cottage is literally a home away from home! All you need to bring are your clothes, food and beverages for your stay. We have everything else covered for you! The cottage is a short walk to Geneva on the Lake “Strip” yet nestled in a quiet area when ready for some quiet relax time.
