Beautiful property

Property was clean and well decorated. Close enough to Disney but far enough away to relax. Small inground pool was great to relax in. The community pool was also awesome and within walking distance. Food store and restaurants nearby as well. I would highly recommend

Horrible Beds

This property can be so much better if the owner would change every mattress, towel, pillow and bedding in the property. The mattresses are horrible and gave my entire family the worst back and neck pain. The towels should only be used as bath mats and the pillows were only fit for the garbage. I read the reviews on this property and asked the host to make sure we don't have the same experience and he assured me that everything would be fine; which they were not. One of the secondary bedroom upstairs bed had a urine stain and smell on it which let's me know that the bed linen were never changed. I am requesting a partial refund for all the things that were wrong with this property. I have pictures as proof and will provide them. Vrbo I think you guys need to hold these property owners for renting properties to clients who pay a lot of money but have to sleep on dirty bed linen. I had to spend an entire night doing laundry along with having to purchase cleaning products. I hope this is posted to the website to make other renters aware that the beds are horrible so pick another property! BELIEVE THE REVIEWS THEY ARE ACCURATE!!!

Very Dirty!

We stayed for a week and the pictures of the home online look really good and it appears as though each room is clean, however when we arrived that is definitely not the case. As soon as you walk in there are black marks and scratches all over the walls upstairs downstairs and in every room, The entire place is pretty worn and in need of desperate deep cleaning and a box of magic erasers would help. The kitchen looks pretty clean but when you look closer you can see the leftover crumbs and the dining room table was pretty sticky and not clean. The carpet upstairs is really worn and pretty much needs to be torn out. The washer is completely rusted to where it’s falling off into the washer. And the kids bedroom which is Mickey themed the mattress is completely worn out and desperately needs to be replaced I read various comments while we were there and there are multiple families who have suggested that that mattress needs to be replaced, therefore the owner really needs to take into consideration comments from families who stay there because nobody wants to walk into a rental where it’s really dirty and uncomfortable.

Inconsiderate

I stayed at this property from the 25th-4th with my spouse and 3 kids. The house is a very nice house but the ad on vrbo said cable/wifi and an Xbox upstairs in one of the rooms. While I was there I had reached out to the owner to let him know there was no cable, wifi or Xbox. Which was inconvenient to me because we were on vacation for a week and my kids needed to do their school work on their laptops. We were sitting in silence the whole time because the owner advised that spectrum wasn’t able to come until a couple days later. Which the did.. the second to last day they fixed the wifi but still no cable. Then a random lady walked into the apartment with the same access code to unlock the door. Claiming she was booked in that same apartment for that week. My kids were scared a random person had just walked into our place and if I was not there anything could have happened. All of our belongings could have gotten stolen. The owner did not care I asked for a partial refund due to the inconvenience and the safety issues I had and I’ve been being avoided I don’t recommend staying in this unit.

Was nice butttttt

A few things. One of the beds our daughter slept in was broken and uncomfortable. Box spring was broken so mattress was sinking in. Couldn’t put towels on bathroom racks because the fell off the wall. Pool light wasn’t work and pool never kicked on. Maintenance to this property is needed. The bed issue really made the trip not good. Who wants to spend money on broken beds ??

Never again

I promised a refund for my stay because everything that could go wrong went wrong. We paid for heating of the pool and there was no heat. Fridge didn't work so food spoiled. There was a foul smell in the sink area. Someone was suppose to come out and never did. The response time for everything suck. We was there to celebrate our friend who is now a breast cancer survivor and we had to change up some of the things we had planned because of the fridge not working and pool not heated. There was other things but too much to write.

Sibling get together

This property was exactly as pictured, it's showing a little wear but overall very nice and comfortable. We loved the fact that it had 4 bedrooms with queen sized beds in every room! Although the bed in the Mickey room was broken down and very uncomfortable but we made it work. The only problem we had was the ice machine didn't work but we weren't at the house for that long at a time so it wasn't too inconvenient, overall I would recommend it.

The house was clean, could stand to be repainted on the inside. The traffic in this area was busy and backed up for our entire stay. We could never use the pool , every time we tried the line to get in was out the door. Probably would not stay in this area again because of traffic and not being able to enjoy the pool area.

Make sure you read the reviews! Needs a good cleaning!!

We were supposed to go on a cruise for my son’s 13th Birthday, but COVID cancelled it.We stayed here the week of May 19-26th. We arrived a little early, and were able to check in 45 mins. early. The house decor is very nice, and lots of room, but we were VERY disappointed in how dirty the house was!! The floors were dirty, the rugs in the BR smelled like they haven’t been washed in months! There were Broke Cheez-it’s on the floor in the Mickey Mouse room, and chips under the bed in the Master bedroom. Every handle, door knob, chair, patio door and even the railing were sticky and just dirty! The patio doors were covered in little kids hand prints and lip marks. You would think that during a Pandemic that it would be wiped down knowing a new family was coming in. Walls need painted! We had to buy disinfectant wipes to wipe everything down because there was no cleaner in the house. Toothpaste dripping down the sink, and unmatching bulbs. We even found 2 cockroaches in a bowl! We bought clothes soap to wash the rugs and and some of the throws and pillow cases that were dirty. If you are planning on being able to use the Xbox think again! We asked Mateus for it because on the reviews it said it was in a closet my son checked every closet, NOTHING! I messaged him and he said the property owner had it and would drop off the next morning, he did, but then he said the previous renter must have took the power cord. He said he ordered a new one on Amazon and we should have it the next day, which would have been by the 21st. We NEVER received the power cord, during our stay he said there was a delay with shipping. All of the excuses are the exact ones he used in every other review!! Sugar coats everything!! I paid $35 to use the grill, the first night we got there we cooked hot dogs on it, I messaged Mateus letting him know it needed propane because it was low, the next night it died while cooking steaks. I guess if you want to “use” the grill it is $35, but it is up to you to fill the propane tank!! It says that in the post, but how ridiculous, we are on vacation it should have been filled!! He messaged us back 3 days later!!! A little too late. He responded to everything in a timely manner, UNLESS you ask about the Xbox, the propane, the cleanliness of the house, or getting a cleaning fee refund (since we had to clean ourselves). I still haven’t heard back from 2 weeks ago. That is exactly what a lot of others said when that had a bad experience!

Disgusting!

1. Took forever to get through the gates because an RV was blocking everyone and they had to call police. 2. The property was NOT cleaned. We arrived around 6pm, plenty of time for house cleaning to clean. Walked in and there was dirt and food crumbs on the floor and crumbs on the dinning table. Beds were unmade as if someone just rolled out of bed. Hair in the sinks, left over food in fridge, dirty towels and laundry on the washer and floor upstairs. Walls grey with scuff marks. Just gross. We left and rented at a resort and had to throw out the food we brought since we then had no fridge or freezer. Owner didn’t even give us a full refund!

First family vacation with the grandson

Overall it was an amazing stay. It was a bit more of a drive to the parks than the description listed. The only issues were the cleanliness of the kitchen and laundry areas. Dishes had been put away with dried food on them. The washing machine was unbalanced and needed cleaning. The dryer vents need a heavy cleaning. The vents are quite clogged with old lint and can be a fire hazardd

Good stay, could have been a little better

This home definitely met our needs as far as the bedrooms, space, plenty of linens and stocked kitchen. However, upon arrival we noticed right away the cleanliness was average, as the floors were not swept or vacuumed well and the carpet seemed to be very well loved. Our thoughts were that if it continues to be a rental property, it could use a bit of sprucing up. As the week went on we also noticed the walls seemed very “thin” and you could really hear neighbors/other renters. Some even has loud music playing that was definitely inappropriate for little ears. Luckily it was stopped before we took action. Overall, we still had a great week and the heated pool was awesome for my small kids. Communication with Matteus was great.

We were there for 4 nights.

No extra toilet paper in any of the 3 bathrooms. The blinds in the front bedroom didn’t completely cover the windows. The bed I stayed in was uncomfortable, hard as a rock.

It was Spacious Clean and relaxing

It looks like a lot of care was taken to please us. There was a caretaker named George who was an extremely gracious to us and helped us with everything we needed and made sure the pool was heated well.A very fine gentleman. It would make me want to come back again soon

You Won’t Be Disappointed!

The home was beautiful ! It was so cozy & inviting, & the owners thought of everything! The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, pots, pans, everything you need if your someone who loves to cook ! We absolutely enjoyed our stay!!
