Coin-operated laundry room on-site. There is a new Cal King bed(2023) in the bedroom and new twin beds in the guest room. The living room has a new (2023) sofa bed. Waiohuli Beach Hale #C-113 can sleep up to 6.

Waiohuli Beach Hale is a small oceanfront complex located in Kihei Maui Hawaii. This property has a great aloha feeling with a relaxed and quiet atmosphere. Each unit is steps from the ocean and is centrally located to great shopping, restaurants, beaches and is minutes from the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena. These one and two bedroom units have full kitchens and can sleep between 2-6. There is also a common laundry room. In addition there is a 60 foot solar heated pool, barbecues and shuffleboard located right next to the ocean. This complex is one of the great finds in Kihei Maui for its affordability and charm. Whale watch, windsurf, walk the beach and enjoy magnificent sunsets from your lanai. Waiohuli Beach Hale is a Maui property where guests return year after year.

Within walking distance of stores and food trucks. Parking right next to unit. AC was nice. The unit could stand some renovations and the bed wasn't the most comfortable. Had a water backup while we were there but they took care of it quickly. 10/10 would stay here again.

The unit is certainly not modernized but it definitely has everything you need! Only 2 things I’d recommend the owner do is 1) have a bin for cans in the condo so when bringing to the garbage it’s easier, and 2) have a smaller cooler to bring to beach. The beach towels, chairs, umbrella and toys were great to have! Mahalo!

Beautiful oceanfront complex
The location of this property was very useful. Not only can you see the beach from the property, but you are within walking distance of grocery stores, nice restaurants, and plenty of other shops. This location in Kehei is ideal for anyone who doesn’t want to go too far from where they are staying. As for the property itself, it was just like the listing described. AC was very useful and the kitchen had all we needed. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in Kehei in an affordable way. Thank you Maui Rentals!

Family getaway
Location was awesome walking distance to grocery store and restaurants was very convenient Pool was large and awesome. Barbecues were great. AC was great. Loved being on the ground floor it was very convenient. This is a very nice beachfront condo. Definitely will be staying here again. We had a wonderful time.

It was wonderful to stay at the Apartment C- 113. everything was very clean and there was enough of everything for the use of six persons. Very good! Only the folded sofa in the living-room doesn‘t have a good quality.

Great location for a family getaway
Overall, my family was very happy with our stay. The unit was clean and in good condition overall. There are a few small things that are in need of repair and maybe some upgrades, but it did not detract from our vacation experience. It suited us well and the location was amazing! Steps away from the ocean and a pool. It was also very easy to deal with the rental company. I would stay here again!

C113 Waiohuli Beach Hale Vacation
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view from this location is beautiful and very peaceful. We loved being able to walk to the beach right in front of our condo and watch the turtles and sunset. The pool is nice and warm and clean and so are the BBQ's. Overall we loved it. Our condo floor was dirty when we arrived and I actually washed the entire floor on the first day because I could feel the sand and our feet/shoes were dirty from walking on it. The cupboard door below the sink fell off the first night and the hose from both air conditioners were disconnected (the duct tape had not held it in place). We called and someone came that same day to fix everything which we appreciated. It is dated and there is a nail sticking up from one of the dining room chairs. Despite this, I would stay here again for size of the unit and the location. The communication was excellent and it the view is exactly as you see in teh picture. We already booked next year but in two of the more updated condos, however, I would book this one again for the size alone. Note laundry is coin operated and it is 2.00/load so not in your unit. Nulu's is a great restaurant in walking distance and there are several more. The beaches are a quick drive a mile or two up the road. Overall loved this location.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this unit many times over the years. We enjoy the location, there’s a ton of things to do in the Kīhei and Wailea area. The unit is comfortable and has plenty of amenities to take care of anything that you need. We especially like the fact that it is on the west side of Kīhei road and that it’s a short walk to the beach. We have been able to see whales from the lanai. We’ve told our friends and family about this place but don’t want too many people to know so that we can keep this place as a secret! Our 2 favorite restaurants are close, Coconut’s and Nalu are within walking distance.
