Palms at Wailea #2303 is a newly renovated (2023) 2 bedroom, 2 bath ground floor garden view unit with a fully-equipped kitchen (including a Cutco knife set), washer and dryer, new split system air conditioning (2023) throughout, 3 flat screen televisions, and free wifi. There is a king bed in the master bedroom with a brand new dresser and bedside tables (2023), along with a/c, a ceiling fan, and TV. In bedroom 2 you'll find two double beds, a/c, a ceiling fan, and a TV for DVD viewing only. Both bathrooms have been updated and are very inviting. For outdoor activities, Palms at Wailea #2303 is equipped with beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler. A portable crib is available. Sleeps 6.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.

Nice area

Never had to sign a lease for a condo before? A bit over kill. Unfortunately we found a rodent stuck to a sticky trap that we were unaware was under the couch. The pool was basically for kids and was only 3.5 ft. Deep. Overall the common areas were well kept. The condo itself needed a deep clean. But overall an ok unit.

The guest bathroom did not work properly. The shower didn’t drain well and sink leaked. Our guest had use the master suite to shower.

Another Restful Stay

It is a short walk to the pool and the outside patio is quiet and private.The only negatives -mother gas grill was only working intermittently even though we changed the LP canister, and it was not as clean as I am accustomed to when renting- the floors especially! I would stay there again however!

Beauty!

Great property for our family, fit everyone so comfortably! There was a super quiet lanai to hang out on, lots of beach and pool toys and TVs for quiet evenings. The only downfall which is no offense to the property in itself is just the hike up to the pool. We had our Mom (Grandma) with us and the walk up was a little tough for her. Otherwise incredible stay, loved how close we were to the beach for morning walks!

The place was nice but it does need some updating the kitchen appliances need to be replaced. And the bathroom in the master bedroom doesn’t give you much privacy. Very nice location nice and quiet the pool is very nice

Loved the open floor plan in the kitchen/living area. My only complaint/suggestion is to provide more details on how to get to the pool. We had to ask a maintenance guy we found in the parking lot, it’s a tiny dirt trail up the hill. It was fine for a few days but definitely a bit from the pool. I’m In my 30s but parents sort of struggled getting to/from with the walk. The tv in the spare room doesn’t work. Clicker batteries may just need to be changed but limited us. Loved everything else tho!

Great location.

Overall the property was great. Great location, spacious, had everything we needed for cooking and all the stuff for the beach. My only recommendation would be that the unit gets a deep cleaning. The master bathroom shower appears to have some mold and the floors were in need of a major scrubbing. Obviously, these units see a lot of visitors so it’s understandable. Overall, the unit was great for our family!

Wonderful Condo in Wailea

We were a family of 4 that were enjoying an escape to warm weather. The rental was very large, had all the amenities and lots of toys and beach gear to use. It was perfect for our trip and the laundry on site was so helpful with a newborn! The split AC in all rooms was so great, however the weather was cool enough we could just open the windows and slider for some airflow. It wa walking distance to beaches and close to everything we needed to visit. The neighborhood is quiet and we felt very safe. Would definitely rent again!

Beautiful property, spacious condo, good location. Just a couple things….there is zero privacy in the master bathroom…it’s one big room with the master bedroom. There were 5 of us but only 3 patio chairs for outdoor sitting. We had one issue with the water and property management sent someone over immediately!

Fall holiday visit

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the unit is perfect and having the pool close by with a toddler was great for an after nap swim. Beds were comfortable and floor plan was great for our family. Overall the stay was good but we would not stay in this unit again. The unit itself has mold in the bathrooms and needs some real TLC. There were also bugs coming in under the kitchen window and around the sink. There was ant traps/poison on the floor and in the master that we would have liked to know about so we could have hid them from our toddler before he tried to play with them. The AC units really need to be cleaned out as well, I am allergic to mildew and dust and this was an issue for me the whole week. The unit had most things we needed, one of the beach chairs was broken on arrival but there were still others that worked great. We would recommend this company as they were great and the property in general for the area and amenities but not this unit.

Enjoyable stay

Overall a very positive experience. Very comfortable, well equipped and enjoyable accommodation in a very good location. Only criticism from our children is that the pool rules in the complex are very restrictive and undermined pool play for young children

Nice space and area.

Everything was good and well appointed. Only issue we had was that we moved our suitcases over to a friends condo at 9am but came back at 10:15am to double check if we forgot anything and the code was already not working. We were locked out prior to 11am. That was a little disappointing but overall the apartment had plenty of towels and good laundry machines as well as beach equipment. Overall a very good stay and property.
