Great location, almost didn't stay here since there was only one review. Here goes...

Location was amazing; on the boardwalk where the shops/restaurants are. On the second/third level so you can enjoy the view and the people passing by, but they rarely look up at you. Split level layout, you come in on the middle floor to the right is the kid's bedroom with bathroom. To the left are the steps, down goes to the main living area and up goes to the master bedroom/bathroom/laundry room. Overall, nice place, could use some updating but fine for a rental. King bed in master bedroom is extremely hard. It was so uncomfortable that I would not stay here again but this is literally the only reason that would keep me from staying here. So, if a very hard bed is not a deal breaker for you then you will be fine. All kitchen appliances worked, didn't use the oven. Shared pool was small but nice, not crowded. Parking was convenient. Would suggest adding a digital lock instead of having to go to the rental agency to obtain/return the keys. Elevator was very convenient to condo location. Overall, nice place and would recommend barring the king bed.
