Featuring two bedrooms, one bath, eat in kitchen, family room to walk out private patio. Bedrooms are spacious and cozy. Large master bedroom with queen size bed. Second bedroom with two twin size beds.
The complex offers on site family activities including shuffleboard, bocci court, tennis court, and heated swimming pool. On site laundry facilities available.
Condo is centrally located. 50 minute scenic coastal drive to down town Disney, Orlando International and Sanford Airports. Situated minutes from Cape Canaveral and Kennedy Space Center attractions. Within walking distance of grocery stores, shopping, and local pharmacies. Cocoa beach condo

We had a wonderful time. The condo was clean and had everything we could need. The location was perfect. Restaurants, grocery stores were within walking distance. Beach was literally a five minute walk and so was the pool. It was also in a very good area I felt very safe. I would definitely come back. Thank you to Anthony and Karen for being great hosts.

Very accomodating unit for vacationing by the beach. Nice & easy communication with the host. The accomodations were good, with everything you need. Great shower! It was nice to be on the first floor end unit.

Beautiful Place

The condo was recently remodeled, well taken care of, amenities were great And we would definitely come back. Communications with Anthony were great. Had great fun at the pool as well as on the beach. Highly recommend the condo to anyone visiting Cocoa Beach.

Very good place

It is our second time at this condo. Anthony is such a good host. His place in clean smell good and welcoming with always a personal message on a board. The condo unit is perfect for a family nothing is missing. Owner is very accessible and so nice. Thank you Antony see you next year

Perfect little gem

Clean, nice pool, 1 minute walk to the beach. Close to Ron Jons with in walking distance. Great restaurants and Publix grocery across the street. Would recommend to family and friends. Owners were friendly and prompt with returning Any messages. Thank you again!

Anthony and Karen are great hosts. Timely answers to any questions we had. Great condo to rent. 110% a better condo than the one we stayed in 2 years ago at the same location. Only complaint is that we thought a better mattress would be nice. It was awfully hard. We highly recommend this condo to anyone.

Great Condo

The Diplomat is an older condo complex but this recently remodeled unit covered all of the bases. Clean, quiet, comfortable, and well equipped. Midway between beach and pool. Host is very receptive and all info was given to us in a timely manner. We will rent here again.

Great place for the price

Very cozy little place,perfect for family of 4. Very close to the beach only like 2 min of walking to the beack,has everything you need for beach chairs,umbrella,cooler and sand toys for kids over all nice plays just little dark as the windows in shade so we wanted more sun light and i wish the beds where softer as I sleep on medium firm bed at home other then that everything alls was great for 10 day stay…big plus to have loundry in the unit and also the complex have the public tennis rockets with balls and other stuff to play games,over all we would stay in the place again

Good location

A two minute walk to the beach. Several very good restaurants to choose from that are walkable. The pool was a good size and kept clean. The only thing that bothered me was the unit could have been cleaner for my taste. Closets were a bit messy. I like organization. It makes me feel comfortable. The building itself is dated. I would prefer a newer modern condominium building. People were friendly.

Wow incroyable

Un des meilleurs condo que nous avons loué. Propreté 100% , le propriétaire tout simplement très accessible, il répond à tout nos questions rapidement. Leur condo est super beau et il ne manque de rien . Tout y est pour que l’on passe de belle vacances. Le condo est situé parfaitement au milieu du complexe, mi-chemin entre la plage et la piscine. Parfaite endroit pour y voir un décollage de fusée sur la plage. Tout est proche publix pharmacie Walmart pas trop loin. Même aller à orlando sa ce fait super bien avec la 528 autoroute payante. Condo idéal pour une famille de 4. Endroit calme et charmant . on entend pas les voisins très tranquille. La seule chose on aurait aimer avoir une table pour 4 mais les enfants aimaient manger sur de petite table dans le salon. Merci pour ce merveilleux séjour on a bien hâte d’y retourné.

Wonderful Condo only 100m from beach. Nice and clean Pool Area. Aircond.way too noisy, especially at nights but you get used to it very fast. Check in Information were given via phone call , that was a bit hard to understand @airport with all the background noises. Would be bester via email :-) thanks so much, we enjoyed it a lot

Cocoa Beach perfection!

Perfect location in Cocoa Beach: quiet stretch of A1A, halfway in between the traffic of Ron John’s and the bustle of “downtown”. Literally steps from the beach with a private gated entrance. Complex management is super friendly, pool is well kept, parking is readily available. The condo had everything we needed and wanted, including beach toys, lots of towels, kitchen ware, Washer and dryer, comfy furniture and accessible technology. Anthony was GREAT with communication and check-in. Can’t wait to come back!!

Perfect location!

I absolutely loved our nearly 4 week stay at this adorable beach condo. The location was perfect with the beach so close as well as restaurants and shopping in walking distance. The condo complex has a terrific pool for relaxing, swimming laps, or meeting other tenants. Also has a tennis court and shuffle board. This two bedroom unit was cozy and well decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals during our long term stay. My son and I felt safe and at home at this well kept condo complex. I highly recommend a stay at this condo while you enjoy the best of Cocoa Beach.
