At 405 Yacht Harbor, you have the best of what Island living has to offer. First, is the view. 405 Yacht Harbor overlooks the Morgan Creek Marina, as well as the Yacht Harbor community swimming pool. The community pool features a hot tub plus has two grilling stations. From the outstanding outdoor living room, which includes a sofa and oversized chairs, you can watch your children enjoy the refreshing water at the community pool or see the latest prize catch being offloaded from a fishing boat at the marina. Wild Dunes also features two famous golf courses, miles of bike trails, playground, and many restaurants (seasonal).

Finally, the best feature of 405 Yacht Harbor is the property itself!
Each bedroom features a private bath. The master bedroom features views of the swimming pool and marina and has a king-size bed. The guest bedroom has a queen bed. Finally, the second guest bedroom has a bunk bed (two twins) as well as queen bed. Each bedroom has a television.

- You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- Fireplace is not for guest use.
- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.
- The community pool is not heated and is open for the season from April to October.
- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.

- To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
