Just 350m from the beach with sea views! Unwind listening to the sounds of the sea. Enjoy a BBQ, have a drink, or play backyard cricket with loved ones, friends and family. Relax watching the kids play in the cubby and boat sandpit. Breath easy knowing the kids are keeping themselves occupied with the toys, books and games we supply. Or simply do nothing and enjoy your getaway doing what you want to do.

Situated on the beach side of Port Elliot Road, Coastal Hayborough is set on a huge 808m2 block — plenty of room for the whole family including the dog! Easy and scenic walk to the popular Chiton Rocks Surf Cafe and 3km from the centre of Victor Harbor and Port Elliot, with the choice of shops, cafes and tourist attractions. We are centrally located and well-positioned to be both convenient and attractive to those looking to escape the everyday.

Nice homey house, but noisy and hard to get out of driveway on to main road during the day, Builders next door during the day, so very noisy, road traffic at night can be also very noisy.

Hayborough haven

We have stayed before, a year ago and found it just as comfortable. Stocked with all that we could want or need. Great lawn outside for dog run. VERY comfy bed/mattress that my husband's bad back appreciated. House had a great homey feel about it and really roomy. We were so relaxed that we didn't even use the telly. Main road a bit hard to negotiate into and out, but close to areas of Victor and Pt Elliot. Accommodating host. We will return. Good price, although cos my husband is a neat freak, we didn't need to pay a cleaning fee!

Short stay Pt Elliot

Property was great, a bit dated but had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Yard was big and secure for our fur baby. Enjoyed a family table tennis tournament too! Thanks to Tracey for a lovely short stay in port elliot.

Beautiful place to stay

Very neat and tidy, excellent communication with the host, easy check in and out, great beach views from the backyard, easy to get around the area and tourist attractions and beaches were nearby. Overall had a great experience with the kids and they enjoyed the backyard and their bedroom with toys to play with.

A relaxed 3 bed room home with a fabulous back yard sea view. Backyard bbq with a lovely view and a wine, what more could you ask for. We will be back.

Hayborough stay

Great facility close to great beach , Port Elliot and Victor . We’ll set up kitchen and facilities. Yard was perfect for our grandchildren and little dog . We were a little concerned about being on the main road but traffic noise was not an issue for us . Tracey was a helpful and responsive host .

Just right

We had a wonderful stay at Coastal Hayborough that was just right for our family. Close enough to walk down the hill to the beach, but plenty of puzzles/boardgames/books to keep us entertained when the weather wasn't great. Very reasonably priced for the size, amenities and location. 100% recommend.

Near to everything

The house is very family friendly. The yard is brilliant. close to Victor short drive to everything on the south coast. on a main road but once inside, quiet and the focus is all out the back! Very pleasant stay.

Ideal location

We were looking for a location near our recently competed build of our beach house so we could begin to move in. This was perfect for us - a five minute walk away from our house. It was well set up, comfortable, easy to manage, close enough to hear the waves and had a view of the sea from the back verandah. Ruby, the dog, loved being in the large backyard which is securely fenced.

Comfortable property

Tidy clean property is on a main road but is not intrusive. Centrally located on the peninsula's southern coast. Good communication with owner. Lots to do in Victor Harbor, Port Elliot and Goolwa.

Little slice of heaven away from the hustle and bustle.

Well appointed with all the things you could possibly need for a relaxing comfortable get away. Walking distance to beach and dog friendly. It was so nice to stay somewhere where I didn't have to worry about the dogs damaging anything. They loved the big back yard. I would highly recommend booking this wonderful piece of paradise.

Great views from the back verandah

Host was extremely prompt and proactive with communications and the house was lovely and clean. Loved the view out back and only a brief walk to the beach. Being on a main road, which we are not used to meant we found it very noisey.

Well equipped, spacious, very clean . Reasonably priced. Comfy feel. Wifi and cable. Very large yard/dog friendly. A bit tricky driving out because of main road. Will be back for more visits.

Not as expected

The house was reasonable clean on the inside but outside was very dirty. The windows had cobwebs and all the windows have not been cleaned for a long time. The photos showed a table tennis table, but this was not set out, was put against the wall in two parts. Could not put it out in the garage as there was too much junk in there, even a shopping trolley, so was very disappointed about that. The driveway is very narrow as the bushes hang out too far. The WiFi was very temperamental. The last two days it was not working at all, so had to watch live TV. So no we would not go there again as it was too overprised.

Lovely getaway

The property was presented well and the kids loved the cubby and sandpit boat out the back. Everything we needed for a family holiday was there and the beach is just down the road. We will definitely stay again!

We loved this property, we could sit on the back veranda and look at the sea. The bed we chose to sleep in was one of the most comfortable we have slept in. The back yard is great if you have kids so safe and secure. Everything you could need to cook if you choose to or there is a great little take away down the road called Ocean Cafe.
