Es war eine super zentral gelegene Unterkunft. Es war wie beschrieben nicht weit zum Strand zum Supermarket. Und es war alles zu Fuss zu erreichen.Donna war eine super tolle Gastgeberin sie war bei allen Fragen für uns da hat schnell geantwortet. Sehr empfehlenswert wir kommen wieder.

Location! Location! Location! Short 5 minute walk to the beach and everything one might need withing a couple blocks. Clean and comfortable. Many accessories for light food preparation.

We stay here every time we come down to visit. Just big enough to use for us as a couple and a block to beach access. There is a closet of things to use including beach accessories with towels! It has a gated code for all three entrances so feels very safe and no need to carry keys! Small kitchen is plenty to keep snacks or even cook a dinner! Wonderful place and we will never choose another!!

I had a great time and pretended to lived in South Beach for a week! All entrances were key pads so no need to worry about physical keys. The place was well kept and clean. If you want to be right where the action is, this place is for you!

Winter Getaway

It was fast and very efficient to book this property. Everything was stated exactly as it was. Great walking distance to everything. Lots of shopping and great places to eat. Only 1 block to Ocean Drive and the beach. Donna was an excellent host. Will definitely stay here again.

Location, location, location!

Great location - within walking distance of everything! Short walk to the beach & great restaurants. Owner was a pleasure to stay with. The condo was clean & welcoming and the bed was comfortable. Note that this unit is a residential complex, you will hear the typical noises associated with having apartment type neighbors as well as some street noise. That said, ear plugs are provided and the AC helped to drown out some noises. Thoroughly enjoyed the beach towels and chairs provided. Additional perks were the black out curtains and the snacks provided. Wish we had discovered Bettant Bakery sooner in our stay - the croissants were great - and it is just around the corner from the condo. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Donna has put great thought into ensuring your stay will be comfortable.Place looks just like the pictures.The condo has everything you need for a great stay.Centrally located with many restaurants and shops within walking distance.Short walk to the beach.I would not hesitate to stay here again.

This place is amazing! Donna the owner was so friendly when I messaged her! The place itself is very clean and had everything you need for the beach. Four big beach towels, so many shower towels and wash cloths, a beach umbrella, two beach chairs, a cooler, vacuum, caddy to carry stuff to the beach, extra blankets and pillows, cleaning supplies, a welcome basket with masks, snacks and hand sanitizer, a hair dryer, soaps, can opener to open beer bottles, wine opener, microwave etc. This place has everything! And it is attached to a convenience store with an ATM and it sells alcohol. The couch and the ottoman can be converted into single adult beds and the bed itself can fit two adults. Perfect for four friends! The area is amazing with the naked taco restaurant and rooftop right across the street. A late night pizza place (cash only) right near the property and a CVS one block away. And the beach is one block away which was the best part! Donna even extended our checkout time to 12pm when I asked which was amazing. I highly recommend this place!!!

Terrific place to stay

We had a great time at this condo. The location was perfect, one block from the beach, with many great restaurant’s very close by. We made good use of the beach chairs and umbrella and all the other little niceties that were provided to us. The condo was very clean and really had everything you need. The communication I had with Donna was excellent, and she really tries to take care of her guests. I highly recommend this condo to anyone, and we are looking forward to coming back

Perfect location

This a perfect location for people looking to party and explore, and for people who like quiet and want to be close to the beach. The studio apartment was clean, cozy, convenient and secure. Everything you’d want in a vacation home is here. I would rent this home for future trips to South Beach.

Multiple stays

We love this place! My husband and I have stayed previously and brought our daughter and granddaughters this time. The new flooring is beautiful and we appreciated the fold out ottoman! The kitchen is just big enough and between the welcome basket and the closet with things to borrow-we cannot say enough positive things. One block off Ocean makes a huge difference with noise levels. The building is very secure and requires three locks to get in. Plenty of towels and all discussions with Donna were easy and quickly answered. We love this place and will be returning ASAP!

The apartment was exactly as described - clean, comfortable and perfectly located for a great visit to Miami Beach/Miami. We had everything we needed and especially appreciated the beach chairs and towels. Donna was a very accommodating and responsive host. We hope to stay in her apartment again!

It was perfect for us!

The condo is located in the heart of South Beach. I was wondering if I would rather stay at a more quiet area but I am glad we didn't. When outside, my husband and I loved being around so many people and hearing cars and other noises! Getting into the condo was very easy (because we had the codes for 3 doors). When we walked it, we were taken aback with how cute it is! It had everything we needed and more. It was very clean, nicely furnished and had a comfy feel. Donna had a basket of goodies, sanitizing wipes, antibacterial gel, bottled water, and a few other things waiting for us. The condo was well supplied with things we might need. There was even a cooler on wheels, sand toys for kids, large beach towels, and 2 beach chairs that you can put on your back. We bought a beach umbrella to use for our stay and left it for someone else's enjoyment. Some of the noises outside were heard during the day but at nighttime, when using the fan on the a/c, we didn't hear much at all. The only 2 negatives would be the water temperature was hard to regulate and the windows could use a washing (which I am sure is not an easy thing to do). With that said, we would definitely stay here again. It was awesome!

Our stay at Donna's was wonderful. The unit is very clean, functional, and in a perfect location. Check-in process was seamless and Donna was very communicative ahead of our stay (she even let us check in early after we sent a very last-minute request). The apartment itself is lovely and a great place to stay. It was in the middle of everything! It was also surprisingly quiet and a very comfortable place to sleep and hang out/get some work done. The kitchen was fully stocked and the beach chairs were a huge plus to have! We had such a positive experience overall -- I really can't recommend this place enough.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. Donna was the sweetest, she called and directed me to the place. She was very patient with me and made sure I got in the building and into my room. The pictures does the place no justice, it was very nice. I will definitely book this place again when we return.

If you want a full South Beach Experience, this is the place

We absolutely LOVED this place. It was absolutely PERFECT for us!! We were celebrating our 33rd wedding anniversary and wanted a place right in the heartbeat of South Beach Miami where we could be introverts and extroverts at the same time. This place was perfect for us to acheive that goal! It is about a block from the beach, which was amazing for us; and there was a mini-mart around the corner where we could get groceries to fill the fridge and cook when we wanted to just stay in and watch some TV and everything going on outside the window. It is located on the corner of two cross streets which was very "entertaining" at night to see all of the south beach action. This place is LITERALLY the hub of South Beahc. There is a 24/7 restaurant right across the street that had very good food (the Jamaican tiki drink and lemon wings were to die for...we went there twice and the staff began calling us by name as if we were regulars. LOL). The hostess (Donna) for the unit was great, and she gave us all we needed to move about in a touchless environment (which was important to me because my hubby is a germa phobe, so being outside our bubble in a new place was hard for him), and when I had an issue with the key entry and internet, Donna was quick to respond. The unit is immaculate and included things of comfort which I was not expecting and had packed...yet...there they were available for our use. The unit is EXACTLY as pictured, yet much more user-friendly than expected. The only caveat that I would say to potential renters is that the neighborhood is TRUE south beach; AKA URBAN. Meaning...for us, this place was perfect. But if you are more bougie or less inclined to an urban environment...you might be a little apprehensive about the neighborhood and the outside area around the unit. We absolutely LOVED everything about this unit location and it being in the heartbeat of south beach WITHOUT the need for a rental car AT ALL. But I can see where others may find the "heartbeat" location a bit cautious for them. Overall...We absolutely loved the location and the unit. It was PERFECT for us and a wonderful place for our Annniversary 5-day vacay! Thank you to the host, Donna!
