Fully Renovated 2021! Stocked 2/2 condo on Lake Ouachita located in Mountain Harbor Resort. Come relax on the back deck over looking the peaceful woods. Master features private bath with standup shower and king bed with TV. Second bedroom features twin over full bunk, Single bed with tv. Washer and dryer in unit. Secondary bath stocked with towels and features tub/ shower. Kitchen is stocked so just bring your groceries. This is a lower level condo unit just 100 steps to the pool and Turtle Cove Spa. Tennis and basket ball courts are short distance. Resort also boasts riding stables, hiking trails, boat or slip rentals and world class fishing.

-This is a condo unit with a unit above and beside. There is potential to hear sounds from neighboring units. Please be mindful that neighbors can also hear loud noised omitting from with in the unit.

Not what I expected.

It listed a hot tub but there wasn’t one. Also the WiFi wouldn’t work. I would have stayed somewhere else if I had known there wasn’t a hot tub.

Nice place near the lake

Clean, nice and very comfortable. Parking is a bit tough for a full size extended cab truck but not impossible. Owner was very accommodating when there was a slight issue with the front door lock. I would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful Stay

We stayed Monday through Friday and had such a great time. The cabin was fully stocked and was very comfortable. We saw so many deer and the pool is visible from the back porch. We will definitely be back again next year.

We had a wonderful sty at this condo in the woods! The children loved al the swimming options (various pools and the lake) and searching for deer throughout the property. It was a perfect getaway for some relaxing lake life and low key fun!

We stayed while our kids were attending Camp Ozark. Used it as our central location for nearby adventures. This place is well equipped. Nestled in nature-we had a baby owl on the porch one morning. We had one question during our stay and they were super prompt in answering. The sunsets on the boat dock were incredible. We all agree we would stay here again.

Excellent Location For Mining & Hiking

My husband and I had a warm and cozy stay at this beautifully tended condo. Evening were met with heard of deer gently moving through the condos overseeing the boat dock. Squirrels playing in the trees in the mornings. The location was amazingly convenient for our hiking & mining ventures. We even spent a day in Hot Springs and the drive was about 35 min. Since the condo is located in the resort it offers more amenities and even a decent place to eat. After all the fun had we enjoyed hot showers & luxury towels at the condo. The sheets were AMAZING! All over just so cozy. We spent an evening by the fireplace watching a movie and enjoyed the popcorn treat gifted by our host Mrs Abby. We thank you so much for sharing this beautiful space with us. Plans to return soon!

Why they chose this property

We have had our boat and Brady mountain and rented cabins there but wanted a place to stay when we came to the lake. This condo seems like the perfect starting place for our family to start our lake experience.

What makes this property unique

We love this area. It is so peaceful out in the woods but close to all the Resort amenities. There is something for anyone in your group. Our kids love the pool which is just 100 steps away. It’s so nice to unwind and spend quality time in such a beautiful setting.
