Second floor, The kitchen/living room was renovated / furnished in 2017. All new bathrooms and bedrooms renovated in 2012. Unit sleeps a max of 6 people: 1 king, 1 twins, 1 full.
Quaint, quiet, and the quality of a boutique resort, not the hassle, noise, the impersonal nature of a hotel. You will become part of our family, and we will look forward to your return year after year.
When planning a trip to the beautiful Gulf Coast Beaches, stay with us. All of our private beautiful condominiums feature full kitchens, living rooms, dining rooms and a balcony or patio to enjoy. We offer pool and garden, gulf and gulf front beach views. Our property features a heated pool, shuffleboard court, full tennis court and an immaculate private, white sandy beach.

This property’s location was awesome. The unit was clean….comfortable….beautiful views of the gulf.The bed was comfortable….the furniture was pretty good…kitchen could use more streamlined glassware…plates…etcOverall….a great stay and we would definitely return!!!

Oceanfront Perfection

Unit #217 at Sand Cay Resort offered the perfect oceanfront location with a stunning view. What can be better than seeing dolphins frolicking in the ocean from both the living room and kitchen windows. A short walk from the condo and you are in the ocean. Love that Sand Cay provides lounge chairs and umbrellas. Both the ladies in the office are super helpful and such a pleasure! The location of the resort is convenient to all points of interest in Sarasota and Anna Maria Island. Can’t wait to be able to return!

Fabulous Family Beach Vacation

It was magical! The beach was beautiful, the condo was clean and spacious with an unbelievably gorgeous view of the ocean, and the ocean was clear and perfect for swimming and paddle boarding. It was an absolutely delightful vacation spot!

Perfect spot

This unit had perfect ocean view and appointed with everything you needed and more. Sand Cay is the best place to stay on Longboat, as it does not have a stale and bland hotel feel. The private beach is exponentially less crowded than that of the neighbor beaches. We drove up and dowm longboat and Anna Maria and won't stay anywhere else next time but this unit at sand cay

We really liked the view of the beach from the kitchen as you’re preparing food and cleaning the dishes. The property is a little older, but everything was up to date and looked very nice. The free laundry was a bonus as well as the umbrealls, chairs, and sand toys. Loved our stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our third vacation stay at Sand Cay and I wouldn't stay anywhere else. We were in unit 217, and it was exactly as pictured! The unit was clean and fully stocked with everythig we needed and more and the view was spectacular! The staff was amazing and very helpful. Some must do things to experience are Fun Boat Tours Dolphins and Donuts (Anna Maria), Lynch's Pub and Venezia Italian restaurant in St. Armand's Circle, and the Salty Dog in Siesta Key.
