**Open and welcoming back guests! Updated pics show our beach looks a little different but still beautiful. Pool and pool deck repaired and waiting for you. Feel free to inquire if you have any questions.**

Welcome to Indian Sunset Beach! The ten foot ceilings and 1290 square feet of living space give this unit an open and airy feeling. The floor plan is open. Bedrooms are split giving privacy for everyone.

Beautiful sunrises can be seen over the intercoastal waterway. Take the elevator down and within steps you arrive at the beach-side heated pool and the white sandy beach. Once the sun has set, enjoy the twinkling lights of passing boats on the intercoastal from your private balcony. This condo complex has only 11 units for that private vacation feeling.

This unit sleeps 6 with a primary suite that is set apart from the rest of the condo. The primary suite features a king size bed, twin chaise lounge/bed, large closet and private updated master bath with walk in shower.

The second bedroom has a twin xl over king perpendicular bunk. The second bath next to this bedroom is very convenient.

The spacious kitchen opens to the dining and living room area and includes everything you will need to prepare meals if you choose. In unit front load washer/dryer makes laundry a snap.

There are two assigned parking spaces for this unit. Vehicle size limit is no longer than 17 feet and not higher than 89 inches. Property includes a Ring doorbell that faces the common hallway. Security cameras also monitor the common garage areas, the pool, and the pool deck.

Great stay at Indian Rocks Beach

We had a wonderful visit to Indian Rocks Beach and were pleasantly surprised with the condo, “Path to Relaxation.” We had been notified in advance of our visit by the owner that there would be some challenges, including construction noises due to repair on the building after the hurricane and the pool being under repair. We appreciated Monica reaching out to us and letting us know and also giving us a discount. Despite a few inconveniences, we enjoyed our time here so much. She checked on us and made sure that everything was going well. We had a wonderful beach stay and enjoyed exploring the area and trying new restaurants that Monica recommended.

Amazing get away

Wonderful place to stay

My sister and I and our two kids and we even brought our mom had a wonderful time. Even though we have the virus going on we still had an amazing time. The condo was great it was comfortable and beautifully decorated with everything you could want.

Family Time

This was a family vacation. We rented 3 condos in the building. There was great beach and pool accessible. Restaurants in walking distance. I would highly recommend this property.

Great time in Indian Rocks Beach

My daughters and I stayed a week and we had the best time. The condo is located in a great location and the pictures don’t do it justice. The beds in both bedrooms were very comfortable and clean. Monica was great to work with.

Great Condo for family!

My family and I really enjoyed staying here, the condo was very close to beach, restaurants, and also shopping! The host was very easy to get ahold of! We didn't have any issues while we stayed! Condo is big enough to give everyone their space while staying together and we loved that as a family of 4!! Would definitely stay here again :)

Amazing vacation rental on IRB!!!

Condo is one of the best we have ever stayed in for a vacation!!! Everything we needed for the week and more! They thought of every small detail to make vacation enjoyable including beach chairs, toys, etc. Condo is beautifully decorated and comfortable! Amazing!

This was our 20 year anniversary trip. We wanted to stay where we could walk to restaurants but not be in the hustle and bustle of the peak season. This place was perfect! Steps to the beach. Local restaurants very close by. The property itself was wonderful! Exceptionally clean! Monica was an added bonus! She checked on us after we got settled in to make sure everything was in good order. She made delicious recommendations for restaurants and response time was very quick. Her kindness and availability exceeded expectations. Thank you for a wonderful week and trip! We WILL be back.

Absolutely Amazing!

The listing didn't do it justice. Huge 2 bedroom condo. Immaculate condition. Great location. We ended up with 6 people in our group and we were never crowded! We were able to watch the boats pass by from the balcony. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. I've stayed in a lot of different hotels and condos for vacations, this was by far the biggest and best!

IRB perfect location!

Great location overlooking the inter-coastal, enjoyed seeing the dolphins every morning at breakfast and the condo complex is literally on the beach. The condo was equipped with a wagon and beach chairs making that short walk to the beach even easier. Location is in walking distance to restaurants and shops. Perfect spot for our family with two young kids. Our only concern was cleanliness of one of the rooms that Monica would be addressing with the cleaners and personal opinion that the master bed and bedspreads could be replaced. Monica checked in upon arrival and was responsive during our stay. Neighbors mainly fellow vrbo families were very friendly!

Spacious Condo ...Home Away From Home

The condo is so spacious. The bedrooms are on two opposite ends. It is on the second floor so no one below you. Could not hear tenants above us at all. TVs have Spectrum cable and are smart TVs. All the beach stuff you could want. The wagon was a lifesaver! Left our boogie boards for the next guests to enjoy! IRB is our absolute favorite beach and we will stay in the condo again next summer! Easy walk to restaurants and shopping. Loved our stay!

Couldn’t be better!

We came to IRB for a wedding, were familiar with the area. This condo and location are perfect! Walking distance to restaurants and light groceries. Patio overlooks the inter-coastal. We loved sitting there and watching the boats, people, dolphins! Monica couldn’t have been sweeter. Kept us informed on the elevator repair while we were there but no issues. I would come back to this condo again and again! Everything you need. Wonderful time with my family! Thank you! 🐬☀️

Best place ever!

My family booked this condo in November for a getaway. I can honestly say this was the best place I've ever stayed at! It truly was home away from home! Clean, spacious, everything you could ever need was there. There are plenty of beach accessories, chairs, toys, towels, wagon, umbrella, and other items. The bedrooms are big and beautiful with plenty of beds to sleep. Bathrooms have plenty of room as well, showers work great. Kitchen was fully equipped including full sized kitchen table and anything you need to cook. Washer/dryer, linen for days, extra pillows/ blankets, balcony has table and chairs to enjoy the view. The beach is right outside the door. Pool with chairs. I can't say enough good things about staying here! The owners are extremely nice and very easy to work with! I will book here again without a doubt! Thank you again for letting us stay!

Practically Perfect in every way!

The time leading up to our trip Monica was very responsive and answered all my questions. We had never visited this particular area and I had so my questions to make sure it was a good fit. The area surpassed my high expectations! Quick1 block walk and you are in the main downtown drag with access to restaurants, cvs, stores and more. The small town has everything you need. We loved Villa Gallace and ate there three times, it was literally outside our door! The bakery was so good and a perfect walk each morning. We loved walking on the harbor side in the morning to catch the sunrise from the docks and watching the boats from our patio. The pool was brand new and perfect to swim and cool off! Private beach was amazing! The condo had everything we needed for our family of 4, we kept saying we could live here 24/7! We will be back, loved everything, it felt like home and Monica provided more than enough household items to just move right in for a perfect week of relaxing and enjoying the beautiful ocean in IRB!

Great Condo Steps from the Beach

The Condo was very large and clean and had all the comforts of home. We all had great beds to sleep in and the location was awesome, just steps away from the beach. Great view of the intercoastal waterway was enjoyed every morning with a cup of coffee. Hope to stay again in the future.

Beautiful, Spacious, clean Condo!

From the booking process through check in. Very quick and easy process. When we arrived the parking was so easy. The elevator right there. The entryway spotless and charming. The keyless entry was the best! The whole condo decorated beautifully. Very warm and inviting. We will definitely be back!!

We love Indian Rocks Beach! It is convenient to all area attractions and the beach is not as crowded as other area beaches. The Saint Pete/Clearwater airport is 20-25 minutes away. There are many dining options within walking distance. Our favorites are Slyce Pizza, JD's, Jake's Cantina and Crabby Bills. A short drive will take you to Salt Rock Grill. Splash Harbour Water Park is within walking distance.

Clearwater Beach is only ten minutes away, (home of the Clearwater Marine Aquarium)
and it is only 30 min to St. Pete Beach, Downtown St. Pete, Tropicana Field, Dali Museum, Museum of Fine Arts, Chihuly permanent exhibition and 45 minutes to Tampa and Ybor City. Or, take a day trip to Orlando to visit Walt Disney World or Universal Studios (1.5 hours)
