Visiting us in the fall? The lake looks even more spectacular with the back drop of the fall foliage! Stay warm outside with the gas fire pit. In addition to the central heat, there are two gas fireplaces indoors.
This special property is only 10 minutes away from all that the town of Meredith has to offer. The property has a walk-in sandy beach, a dock large enough to accommodate a 30-ft boat, and two kayaks available for guest use. During the day you can spend time on the water, relaxing on the sandy beach, and gathering on the lakeside patio. You can then spend your evenings around the waterfront propane fire pit.
The property consists of three bedrooms and two full baths. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a gas fireplace, tv, and a connecting full bathroom (which if preferred, can also be accessed from the main hallway). The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The third bedroom, with lake views, has two sets of bunkbeds (twin-sized). There is also a second bathroom in the hallway. The cozy living room, with cathedral ceilings, skylights, and a gas fireplace, has stunning views of Lake Winnipesaukee.
