Work and play at the beach! High speed Internet!Enjoy the winter months with storm watching, combing the beach for sea treasures, and enjoying the local towns without the hustle and bustle of the crowds!

Perfect getaway for families or couples looking to escape to the cool breeze of the Oregon Coast. Ride bikes, walk through the dune grass to the endless white sand beaches. Watch eagles, elk, and other natural animals take advantage of the protected wildlife areas. Come back year after year and make memories for a lifetime.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to make all your meals. Enjoy your morning coffee while you make breakfast, overlooking the expansive 7 acre property. New pots and pans, new cooking utensils, and of course the double oven are all available for your beach side dining. Feel the need to BBQ? Fill up the propane tank and light up the Kitchen Aid BBQ on the deck.

Sleeping arrangements:
1st bedroom sleeps 4 with twin bunk beds, and a twin day bed with a trundle.
The 2nd bedroom room has a queen bed, plenty of floor space
The Master suite has a king bed, private deck facing the ocean, walk in closet, and a 3/4 bath with walk-in shower.
There is also a pack-n-play on site for the little one.

House activities
Our home is fully stocked for fun! Bocce ball, horse shoes, a few bikes, board games, playing cards, books, movies, toys for kiddos, Kites, fishing poles, sand toys, frisbee, croquet, and more!

There are three golf courses in the area and it's easy to get a tee time! (You'll need your own clubs or to rent some).

Leisure
Bicycle the quiet roads of the gated community or ride the mountain bike trail to nearby Sunset Beach. Take a sunrise walk to the beach, or simply sit on the patio and enjoy the sounds of birds and ocean air. You may get lucky and see the local elk herd on their walk through the dunes! Cold weather? Cozy up with a good book by the wood-burning fireplace and take time for yourself to relax.

Great house, short walk to beach

Everything was great for our stay! The house had everything we needed. It's a short walk to a huge sparsely-populated beach. The house is halfway between Seaside and Astoria, so very convenient to both towns. We look forward to visiting here again!

Lovely property

The property is in a great location - walking distance to the beach and close to exploring the Astoria area. Well equipped house and lovely deck overlooking a large yard. Path to the beach right next to the property.

Wonderful coastal getaway

This rental property is in a gated community that felt very safe and private. We absolutely loved being able to walk to the beach from the house. This place had all of the amenities and was very comfortable for our group. Highly recommend.

Lovely comfortable home

This beautiful house has everything you need for your stay from shampoo to beach toys to board games for all ages. Very comfortable beds, lots of towels for 4 adults and 3 kids. Even the dog didn’t want to leave!

Great property in Surf Pines!

We have stayed in other properties in Surf Pines and this is our new favorite. Nice trail with easy beach access, Lots of trees around the yard making it more private and the deer like it too, they were in the yard every day! We will absolutely book this home again!

Wonderful coastal retreat!

We stayed with our 1 and 3 year old and it was such a fun family adventure. Had everything we needed at the house and were able to take full adventure of the seemingly private endless beach. It was a little hike from the house but the kids (and pup) loved it. Saw whooly bears and plenty of bugs along the way to keep them busy. Super fun bunk room for the kiddos!

Great place in a great location

The house was great for our group and for celebrating my husband's 50th birthday. The big yard with fun games, the well-appointed deck, and interior furnishings made it easy to relax, play, and hang out. The walk to the beach was easy and the distance provided by the dunes gave us privacy while enjoying the back yard and deck.

Beach House

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location is amazing and the house had everything we needed and was very cozy. It could use a little TLC like removing carpet, but for a house right on the ocean that allows dogs, I would expect it to be a bit worn. I love places that allow me to bring my pups so it was perfect for us! I would definitely consider staying there again.

Comfortable cute house

Bedroom layout was perfect for our party of 7 (2 adults and 5 teens) and our puppy liked it too! Walking distance to beach but weather was cool cloudy so we drove to Seaside for fun.

Quiet and Relaxing

Quiet location with relaxing walks along a very serene beach. The house was a perfect place for our girls get together. It was the perfect size, whether we were sitting on the back deck, gathering in the cozy living room or playing games at the large dining room table. Close to so many beautiful Oregon beach towns and walking trails. We will stay here again if we have the opportunity.

Private Quiet Oceanfront Escape

This area of the coast has large dunes from the homes to the beach. It’s much quieter than other areas. Beautiful long beaches. The house is comfortable, clean and everything you need is provided. We found all of the furniture very comfortable and welcoming. I was a bit concerned because it is a pet friendly rental but that didn’t seem to be an issue. The flooring and sofa look new. We would stay here again.

Great beach getaway

Super cute house just minutes walk away from an amazing beach. Plenty of things to do with the family and was dog friendly. Loved that we can hear the waves of the ocean and was right next to the well kept trail to the beach. The only negative thing I had about the house was that the outdoor BBQ grill was completely dirty and no propane. Other then that, we will definitely be coming back, thank you for an amazing vacation! -Molly

Spacious and very clean house

We took the kids and the grandkids to the Oregon coast for a short, four day vacation. The grandkids loved the variety of games and toys that were there and had a great time. There were several really good seafood restaurants and shopping very close by in Astoria and Seaside that we enjoyed. My only issue was the beach was a bit of a hike for grandma (Me). There was hardly anyone at the beach, and the two dogs had a wonderful time running to their hearts delight.

Treasure on the coast

This property was everything we hoped for and more. It was excellent in every way. The beds were comfortable, house was very clean, and it was actually nice to be set back from the beach a bit so that there was shelter from the wind. It made being outside utilizing all the yard games very enjoyable and relaxing. Communication throughout the stay with the property managers for little questions that came up was very easy and prompt. This was one of our very best getaways to date.

We purchased this home because we fell in love the MOMENT we saw it. The private walk to the beach, cozy fireplace, and large lawn for games and activities drew our family to the Oregon Coast. Being in a gated community, we felt safe with our children.

We love that it is close to everything! We enjoy taking our kids to Seaside and enjoying the tourist town with a carousel, good restaurants, and boardwalk. Historic Astoria and Fort Stevens make for a great afternoon outing or day trip!
