Wonderful stay in Killington

Jill's house was terrific. It was as advertised and was perfect for our group of 12. The kitchen was well stocked with basics as well as pots, pans and dishes. The beds were comfortable and the hot tub was wonderful and easy to use. We had thought, after reading some of the reviews, that the house was ski-out but it is not. It's an easy drive to the lifts, though. We had to take our kids to ski school so drove to the Ramshead Lodge and parked but Jill advised to drive to Bear Mountain Lodge. This is said to be much easier.

Perfect family vacation

Our group of three families (12 people) had a wonderful, comfortable stay at Jill's home. We were welcomed with wine, chocolates, and a note from Jill. And she was easily accessible via text for the one question we had about the fireplace. The house is very centrally located and is an easy drive to Killington slopes, shops, and restaurants. We've rented large homes in the past, and always found them to be lacking supplies, not this home! The house is incredibly well stocked. Toiletries in the bathrooms, paper products, good knifes for cooking, and even a boot dryer! We also had snow during our stay and were happy to see the plow driver first thing in the morning. The road leading to the house was also well plowed and sanded. One word of warning -- which really goes for Vermont in general -- but beware if you don't have a 4-wheel drive vehicle or snow tires. The house is on a steep, winding road, which was no trouble for the 2 cars in our group with 4-wheel drive but was impassable in the snow for a minivan without 4-wheel drive or snow tires. We're looking forward to returning!

Amazing house, highly recommend!!

Everything about the house was perfect. From the location (5 minutes from Bear), to all the amenities (jacuzzi, beautiful views from the deck), to the cleanliness, etc. Definitely great for a group/family weekend getaway, and Jill, the owner, was super helpful from beginning to end. Highly recommend!! A++.

Perfect home for our family/friends holiday gathering

This house was perfect for the gathering of our family and friends during the holidays. We loved the open kitchen/dining and family space, it provided ample space to spread out while being together. The designated mudroom was awesome to be able to keep the snow gear separate from the interior of the home. We arrived at night, but woke up to amazing mountain views - we enjoyed the views from the plentiful windows in the family and dining area. The owner was very kind to welcome us on our arrival and be available should anything arise. Also, was very much appreciative of having a well stocked kitchen and condiment items we could use to get started cooking. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home! Debbie

Family weekend

We filled the house with kids and grandkids what a wonderful place. Jill had it set up so the house was ready and set to go when we arrived. We skied, tubed, snowmobiled, and rode the gondola to see the sights (the ones that didn't ski). The kitchen aloud us to do our own meals with ease. Thank you Jill

I highly recommend this property. It was amazing working with Jill this was one of the nicest rental properties I've stayed in. The views were spectacular and location was perfect. House was very clean and close to all. We will definitely be back next year!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

Myself, some work colleagues, and our girlfriends rented this place over Presidents Day weekend and had a blast! Jill was very reasonable and easy to deal with, and the place is wonderful as advertised. Few highlights: - Convenient location: from the living room and master, you can literally see the Skyeship gondola, and if you want (and the pow isn’t too deep) you can even walk/ski over to the Needles Eye lift. I’d probably recommend just driving down to the gondola (3 mins), but the option is there. - The hot tub is large (we fit 4 couples in very easily), two steps from the apt from the basement, and great to relax after along day on the slopes. - Mud room at the entrance is very convenient for equipment and boots etc. It isn’t heated which can be tough, but there is a boot heater in the room so if you plan ahead it shouldn’t be that difficult to get your boots on when you get to the mountain. - Massive TV / Comfortable couches. - Tons of parking - Large Kitchen / Dining area. We never felt cramped. I will definitely be back to rent from Jill next year if scheduling permits.

Perfect MLK Weekend

This place is perfect. I could not find a single thing that I would improve through the VERY well equipped kitchen, hot tub w outdoor speakers, gas fireplace...list goes on and on... impeccable bedrooms etc. Jill is perfectly fair if you take care of the house as you would your own. I have stayed at many spots at Killington and this is my favorite. I will definitely be back.
