Here at SeaWinds Dreams, we offer you that space. We are just steps from the soft white sandy shores of the Atlantic Ocean.

Minutes from great restaurants and nightlife. You are sure to discover the space you'll be drawn back to year after year.​

This spacious air-conditioned, two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa has been recently updated with a modern beach feel.

A fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room are designed with a fresh, open concept and completely interactive space.

Wide patio doors from both the master bedroom and the living room open up to the spacious back patio. Settle in with your morning coffee overlooking the lagoon with water fountain features.

Our high-end kitchen can accommodate you and your crew whether for a week's stay just choosing to make breakfasts or even to indulge in a month-long stay baking cupcakes and cooking full meals. An open concept lets the chef participate and engage with everyone else while cooking or baking.

Appliances include a stove with double oven, bottom freezer fridge, convection microwave, dishwasher, garburator, kettle, coffee maker and toaster.

The large master bedroom is furnished with a deluxe king size bed and a luxurious ensuite with a spacious shower.

The large second bedroom is furnished with two queen size beds.

Flat screen TVs in the living room and all bedroom with a DVD player in the living room

The main bathroom is a fully updated three piece bathroom.

The in-suite laundry room is tucked away near the front entrance and has full sized washer and dryer for your use.

We are mere steps from the white sandy beach on the shores of the Atlantic Ocean and is accessed from our private entrance.

A short walk or drive down the street brings you to seaside shops and restaurants. The Old Town of St. Augustine with historic architecture and Spanish streets is just a 5-minute drive from SeaWinds Dreams.

It was the perfect location for my husband and I .Very tranquil and just what we needed. The pool and beach were so close, easy access. The condo was great. Very clean and accessible to all we needed for our stay. We will definitely be going back and staying in the same unit again.

Perfect accommodations for our needs. The location was excellent! Less crowded but close to everything! Access to the beach couldn’t have been better and the beach accessories were a wonderful touch. Can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful Condo
We enjoyed our stay at this very well maintained condo. We found it very clean and fully equipped. We are a family of six and cook our own meals on vacation and we had everything we needed. We loved having quick access to the beach, and the quiet neighborhood is very nice. We would rent it again if we come back to St. Augustine. We recommend it.

Adorable condo at ideal location in St. Augustine Beach
Very clean and well appointed condo in quiet neighborhood within a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Even though it was spring break for colleges, neighborhood very quiet and beach was not overcrowded. Really enjoyed our first visit to St. Augustine and would definitely come back to this condo! Pool/hot tub area nice and not busy. Sad the tennis court are not open but there was a public court not too far by car. Thanks for a lovely vacation :)

Roomy condo with great location
We really enjoyed our stay at Sea Winds. We were only 4 minutes from the beach through our private access. The condo was clean with plenty of room. Great master shower. Would recommend this as a stay at St. Augustine Beach. Plenty of restaurants close by and the Publix is only a 2 min. drive.

Just the best!
This is our 3rd visit to this property and we love every minute of it! The owners are wonderful, prompt, helpful & always quick to respond. The shower in the main bath is wonderful…great pressure. Most everything you need is here. Look forward to our next visit! Thanks for such a relaxing environment.

Condo was clean and spacious. While it's not right on the beach- It's only about a 4-5 minute walk to the beach down the boardwalk and through the n-hood but they had a wagon that made that very easy. Location was very close to many great restaurants and to downtown historic area. Owner was very communicative throughout stay and there was plenty of basic supplies (even though we brought much of our own items) and they provide quality towels and linens. Overall it was a great condo for a great beach stay.

Everything was perfect. Super clean. Everything we needed and more! The beach accessories in the garage were an unexpected bonus. Master bed was comfy for me, but my husband prefers a firmer mattress. Quiet family atmosphere. Pool and hot tub were clean. Couldn’t ask for more!

Fantastic Condo!
This is the best place we've ever stayed. The condo was very clean, kitchen has everything, beds were comfortable. Communication with hosts was great. They kept us informed about every step of renting from check-in to check-out, so we knew exactly what to do. And they promptly responded to questions. The location is perfect. We had birds right outside the back every morning, grey herons, wood storks and cormorants. And the beach is beautiful! Highly recommended!!

Everything we needed. Nicely decorated and very clean. Easy beach access and so convenient to get to and from beach. We would definitely come back again! Communal Pool area was cute but could really use updated outdoor pool furniture to make it more appealing.

The pictures online were very accurate as to how it looked and it was very clean and nicely decorated inside. We were disappointed that we were forced to buy extra insurance on top of a deposit before we could rent it. We were also disappointed that tissues, shampoo, and conditioner were not provided.

January in St Augustine Beach
We loved this property. The kitchen was very well equipped so we cooked regularly and ate out occaisionally as there are many excellent restaurants nearby. We walked on the beach every morning through the boardwalk attatched to the condo complex. Everything was very well maintained. We were 2 couples in our 60's and the area was quiet at night and people were very friendly. The back patio of the property is always shaded so that may be a feauture for some people and not for others. There is no barbeque which we would have appreciated having as we like to cook. Overall we were very comfortable , all the amenities worked well, we were able to do laundry, watch netflix, read by the pool and it was a short drive to historic St Augustine which is interesting and very pretty by the river. There is a publix grocery store and Winn Dixie within walking distance also. We would certainly go back and recommend this to friends

Nothing but praise!
Loved this property! Had all we needed and more. The main shower was truly awesome. Great water pressure which is often absent. Patio space was awesome. A bit chilly to enjoy the pool but lovely area. The beach was a short walk made easier with the 'beach buggy'. Very spacious condo and the owners are wonderful...quick responses and results! Can't wait to return:) Many thanks!
