Just as the name suggests "The Sandcastle" is a fresh, coastal themed beach house. Designed to accommodate large groups or families wanting to get together for a special occasion or just to unwind and catch up .
This unique property offers literally 2 houses in 1 (bathroom, toilet, 3 bedrooms, kitchen, living-dining areas on both levels) which is ideal for separate families or elderly wanting their private areas, or teenagers wanting their own 'space', with "Sand Room" complete Kids wet suits, Boogie Boards, Beach Tents for your convenience. At the end of the day enjoy a family BBQ or host a special occasion in 12 seating dining area.
Centrally located just 5 mins walk to beach, cafes, pubs, local restaurants. Close enough for day trips to the There are three waterfalls located within the hinterlands of Apollo Bay- Triplet falls, Beauchamp Falls & Hopetoun Falls. Hike into the rainforest and witness breathtaking views of thick ferns and vivid green imagery. Experience the views of natures untamed power paired with a sense of tranquillity that a waterfall can offer. Take a day trip along the Shipwreck Coast and witness the rugged splendour of the famous Twelve Apostles, magnificent rock stacks that rise up majestically from the Southern Ocean on Victoria’s dramatic coastline.
Enjoy the log fire in winter listening to sounds of the ocean crashing with glass of wine.
Wake to the sound of kookaburras and breathtaking sunrise from the balcony with your morning latte.

What makes this property unique
This property can entertain 3-4 families with 4 queen size bedrooms each with their own courtyard /balcony. There is a large bespoke dining table in the upstairs living area that accommodates 12 people for those special occasions ! The outdoor bbq are has a seating for 12 people plus a childrens picnic table setting for 4 .
This property is only 5 mins walk to the beach and 10 mins stroll to the shops, cafes and local amenities.
Beautiful for beach goers in the summer time and sight seeing and whale watching in the winter !
