Elk Estate - Inverloch Holiday Retreat
The moment you pass through the gates you sense this is a unique place - it's more than just a house, its a haven offering the tranquility and privacy of resort living in the countryside. Just 90 minutes drive from Melbourne, located on the fringes of Inverloch this idyllic coastal retreat is just 3 minutes drive from the popular beaches, shops and restaurants of Inverloch town.
There's plenty to see or do nearby but you'll have so much available here at Elk Estate you'll never want to leave.
With 5 bedrooms comfortably sleeping up to 12 guests and 3 bathrooms, there is plenty space for everyone. All bedrooms have their own flat screen smart TV connected to Netflix and Free TV so you can watch what you like, when you want.
Escape to the expansive TV lounge to watch TV, Foxtel Sports or Netflix movies on the 65 inch Smart TV or relax reading a book from our library or play one of the many board games available for your use. Oh did we forget to mention the games room with full size pool table, piano, 8 seater card/game table and children's own TV, DVD player and movies, Playstation and Wii console?
Relax by the resort feel poolside sipping your favourite beverage or enjoy the bubbles of the 10 person hydrotherapy spa overlooking the expansive paddocks with a backdrop of tall trees in the distance.
Sit under the large trees in the front rose garden while the children play on the jungle gym or on the trampoline.
Take a 1 hour scenic drive to the stunning Wilsons Promontory National Park or visit Phillip Island just 30 minutes drive away. There's plenty to see and do nearby but you'll have so much available onsite at Elk Estate you'll never want to leave.
Strictly NO PARTIES or loud noise/music after 11pm.
Owners live on the adjoining property but more often than not will be away in Melbourne whilst guests stay.

I live in Inverloch with my husband and 2 dogs and enjoy walking on the beach at sunrise and sunset, going for bike rides or visiting friends. I personally welcome all guests to our beautiful home at check-in for a walk through of the property and amenities and am proud and delighted when guests leave rejuvenated and content after their stay. It is so rewarding when guests comment in their reviews "we can't wait to come back to Elk Estate again" - some have even made it their annual getaway.
