Great Place and Dog Friendly

We've stayed here numerous times, both summer and winter, and have never been disappointed. Unit has every amenity and the entire Snowcreek property is very well tended. Convenient to all. This unit is always our first choice when staying in Mammoth.

Fall fun in Mammoth with friends

We had a fabulous time for 5 days. Our VRBO was perfect and so were the owners. Very hands on and super doggy friendly. Down to the doggy bowls and crate if needed. We will stay again and recommend.

Amazing location!

I almost don’t want to leave a review so I can keep this gem a secret! My family and I have been visiting Mammoth for years and this is the best location we have ever stayed at. Terry was amazing and in constant communication with us for anything we needed. I loved the location and set up was perfect for 4 adults and 2 dogs. Close to down and lakes. We will most definitely stay here again!

Relaxing in beautiful Mammoth

This a first level home with a nice patio for relaxing and reading. It has a new kitchen that is well supplied for meal prep. Includes a washer and dryer. Bedrooms are on opposite sides of the kitchen for privacy. A large dining table for family meals or games. The neighborhood is beautifully landscaped and neighbors were friendly. We highly recommend!

Great Place to Stay in Mammoth!

Terry and Dave's place is great! The "pet friendly" unit is one of the cleanest we have ever stayed! We loved being able to bring our furry family members with us and Terry and Dave's place is super accommodating, right down to the food and water bowls right off of the kitchen. The unit is close to all of the town's activities, yet far enough away to be incredibly quiet at night. We loved our stay there and will definitely stay here in the future.

Charming neighborhood

Nice condo on ground floor with some updates to the kitchen & dining area. It’s located on an interior street of a golf course community. There are many trails nearby to enjoy the outdoors & town is not that far of a walk. We had great communication with the owner & would recommend it to others

Beautiful Condo, Perfect for a family of four

We has a wonderful stay in Terry’s condo. The condo is very up-todays and had everything we needed, with a great layout. The beds are comfortable and everything was as is described. Terry’s place is a level above most VRBO’s we’ve stayed in. Terry was very responsive, though we didn’t need anything because the condo is so well-looked after. The location is great and we hope we can stay there again.

Condo was very nice. It had everything we needed for a perfect ski weekend. The aesthetic of the condo is great - it’s a perfect 2 bed, 2 bath condo for four adults. Terry was very easy to reach and helpful with check in and check out. Highly recommend!

Amazing Pet Friendly Getaway in Mammoth

We loved our stay at this quiet and cozy cabin in Mammoth Lakes. This was our first ever trip with our dog (100+ pounds), and Terry helped to make it a very memorable trip. She was very easy to communicate with, made sure we had everything we needed, and even helped us with a last minute extension (which I know from past hospitality experience can be quite a headache). The cabin's location was very convenient -- about 5-10 minutes away from all the shops and restaurants we needed, and the ski resort seemed easily accessible as well (we didn't ski this time around). We hope to stay here again in the future.

The property is a gem.

This is the second year we stayed at this property. It is in an amazing spot in Mammoth. The condo is cozy and very comfortable. Everything you need for a relaxing week(end). Like last year, a big item provided was a fence to set up for our dog. While we were setting it up, the neighbors who were arriving said it was a great idea and asked if Snowcreek provided them, we told them “No, it is the owner of this unit that supplied the fence.” We will be back

Clean with a good floor plan

Very nice condo with 2 beds and 2 baths on opposite sides of the kitchen and living room. Since the bedrooms are separated, it gives more privacy and feels spacious. We enjoyed a very relaxing stay. Its on the ground level for easy access. Community is very peaceful with very friendly neighbors.

After 28 years of camping, skiing, hiking, biking and just plain hanging out in Mammoth, we sold our 5th wheel and purchased our dream vacation rental home! We are from Studio City, California (born and raised) and love Mammoth. We are fortunate enough to have work that allows us to work from home so we are in Mammoth enjoying our place about once a month. We take great pride in making a wonderful experience for each guest and have over the years collected many stories and praise in our guest book.

Why they chose this property

We had always dreamed of having a place in Snowcreek V. We loved the meadow and being so close to the golf course (we both love golf). We also loved how safe it feels walking the dogs, letting the kids ride around on their bikes and play in the snow as we are .5 miles from any fast moving traffic. And you can walk right out your front door to the many trials for walking and biking.

What makes this property unique

Our first floor unit has parking right in front, a trash bin very close, jacuzzi right behind our unit, and a very large grassy area for our dogs. In fact, we have portable fencing we put up for a quick fenced in yard - very handy on the snowy days! If you don't like to lug all your equipment upstairs, you will love walking right in to the unit (a 2 step landing to the door!).
