Our house is in the perfect quiet location, close to downtown Saratoga and the famous race track . Saratoga Lake is minutes away with restaurants by the water and lots of water amenities. This is a quiet and friendly neighborhood that you will fall in love with! Outdoor dining area on the deck and by the pool.
We hope that you love our location just as much as we do. It's a low key and calm area with friendly neighbors. Perfect for a getaway to relax and enjoy.

The perfect experience

The house and property was lovely, and very clean and pleasant. The owner was very accommodating as well. We enjoyed our stay and I would recommend it to anyone looking to get away with family and kids.

Great house for a family getaway

The house is located in a nice quiet neighborhood and is in a great location in Saratoga. The setup was wonderful for a large family. The kids and adults loved the pool and the hot tub. Definetly would rent this home again.

Family Track Weekend

We went up with family for a long weekend at the track. Location was excellent as it was about a mile to the track as well as onto the main street of town which was what our group was looking to do. The pool was excellent and the amount of rooms and bathrooms in the house were perfect for our group as no one felt squished or on top of one another. Julie was great at communicating to make the stay go as smooth as can be. The outdoor space could use a little TLC but that did not affect our stay at all. We would stay here again

Great Place in Saratoga Springs

This well-furnished house had everything we needed for a weekend stay for children and adults. It is in a quiet neighborhood but close to downtown Saratoga Springs. The owner, Julie, was very responsive. We highly recommend this VRBO.

SPAC Weekend

Our second year in a row staying at Julie's house for our SPAC concert weekend! Plenty of space for our crew of 8, and the pool is a much needed respite on those hot days. House is well appointed with everything you need and the hot tub is a nice touch. Julie is super friendly and fast to respond. Thanks!

Saratoga Oasis

Julie could not have been a more gracious host. The house is amazing ~ so much room (inside and out) to enjoy time as a family. The outdoor area, complete with an amazing pool, quaint fire pit nook, and cozy deck with the hot tub, is a wonderful space! We can’t wait to return!

Just what we needed

This property has everything you need and is central to many things. It is well cared for, very clean and nicely stocked. We had an amazing time unwinding and enjoying Saratoga Springs. Julie was easy to work with and always available to answer questions. We did not want our vacation to end and would love to come back again.

Adorable house!

This house was super adorable and everything listed! Julie was great and very quickly responsive to our questions. It was a great choice for a girls week! We had some difficulty using our phones despite connecting to wifi. However, I don’t think it had anything to do with the house but more the location. We would definitely stay here again!

Great spot for a girls weekend!

We had 6 women in their 30’s stay for a girls weekend. There was plenty of space for everyone, and the beds were very comfortable! The house was clean and had everything we needed! Location is what it looks like - a small residential neighborhood, a short drive from downtown/Broadway. The pool and hot tub were great for relaxing day and night and were a big draw for us! I have to say we felt the photos oversell the property a little, it was more lived-in and in need of repairs and updates than the photos show. I always prefer to be pleasantly surprised. With that said, the host was very helpful and responsive, and I would certainly stay here again!

Saratoga Springs, the place to be

We are a family of 10 and enjoyed our week at the house. Julie is very responsive to all communications. After a storm swept through the night before causing a power outage, Julie FaceTimed with my son in law on how to reset the hot tub immediately after receiving a message from us. People have reviewed that a gate was needed on the deck for small children. Julie has an oversized Connect Four game that kept our little ones occupied and served as a gate on the deck. Our only complaint would be an unheated pool especially in June but the hot tub was very warm.

Great location and amenities

The house was great and easily accommodated 5 couples. The bedrooms upstairs and on the main level were very nice. The 5th bedroom is located in the basement with no windows and it’s a full size. Not a problem for us but just good to know if you have a group over 8 people. Beds were very comfortable!! Amenities (pool, hot tub, fire pit) were also wonderful and well maintained but there are strict rules about noise and signs stating “No loud music or noise” are posted everywhere. Made it a little difficult for us to truly enjoy those outdoor amenities because we were so worried about being too loud. Neighborhood is lovely and very close to the track! You can’t walk there but the back entrance for the free parking lot is less than a mile away (2 minute drive). We also used Uber to get downtown at night and had no issues getting a car in a reasonable amount of time. Check-in was a breeze and Julie checked in regularly. We had a great time!

Excellent rental

Our group loved this rental. Checkin was easy. Everything was very clean. We cooked meals in and the kitchen was well stocked and easy to navigate. We loved the open floor plan which made it easy to sit around and chat. The bedrooms were comfortable. The house is nicely decorated which made us feel right at home. The outdoor area was great too! We would definitely rent here again and highly recommend to others!

Nice home, great and safe location!

Backyard awesome! Great beds, sheets, towels. Very good communication with owner. Super easy entry. Lots of room. If someone in your party struggles a bit with stairs may need to check further into property. Couple recommendations for cleaning staff provided to owner. Overall, very nice and location was great!

Perfect bunkhouse for a Saratoga Springs weekend

Julie's house is a perfectly situated and convenient place for a small group of friends to gather and enjoy all that Saratoga Springs has to offer. The pool was a welcome relief from the heat after enjoying the horse racing all day. The house is well stocked and clean and can sleep 8 guests. Julie was a great communicator throughout!

Fun relaxing spot

Exceptionally clean bedrooms with a perfect setup with 3 bathrooms. It was the perfect setup for our family gathering. Each family had their own spots but then also plenty of gathering places to be together.

Weekend with the guys

Coordinating our stay with Julie was super easy. While we were a bit nervous with the noise warning, the neighbors were super friendly and everything went off without a hitch. The house is great for hosting and the hot tub and pool were nice to have during the day and at night. Overall, if you are looking to stay in a quite neighborhood that is not too far from downtown, this is a great place. Everyone had a good time.

Great Neighborhood home

We had a great time staying at Julie's house. It was clean, the beds were comfortable and had everything we needed. The yard was wonderful with plenty to do and plenty of seating. I'd stay here again and would highly recommend.

Saratoga Springs Visit

Neat and clean. Lovely outside entertainment areas. Would be fun in the summer months to enjoy the pool, hot tub and the fire pit area. The house was nice. We had a great time. Conveniently located close to Saratoga area restaurants and shopping.
