Casa Aurora is located 7 km from the sea less than 10 minutes in the car, in quiet and with wonderful views of the sea and over the whole Etruscan coast. The house is newly built, covered with stone, keeping the typical Tuscan features, with all the comforts for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. The house consists of kitchen, two large bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, large living room with two double sofa beds and two bathrooms. Private garden of 800 mt. with gazebo, table and chairs for eating outside. Barbecue. Reserved parking. Independent central heating. The surrounding countryside offers the opportunity to take long walks, cycling and horse riding in complete tranquility and relaxation. There are beautiful trails among the surrounding countryside crossing charming villages and rich history. Among these is the 'wine route': combining the towns of Montescudaio, Guardistallo, Casale Marittimo, Bibbona and Castagneto Carducci. Excellent starting point for visiting the main cities of art such as Pisa, Volterra, Siena, Florence and spas.
Prices include electricity and gas consumptions. Air conditioning consumption must be paid a part.
The bed linen is included in the price while the bathroom linen if required must be paid separately.

Ruhiger Urlaub mit Weinlese

Wir hatten einen ruhigen Urlaub, da das Wetter leider dieses Jahr nicht so mitgespielt hat. Das Haus ist recht einfach möbliert und funktional, sogar eine Spülmaschine gibt es. Das Wohnzimmer haben wir nie genutzt, da nur 2 Schlafsofas und eine Kommode darin stehen. Das schönste Möbelstück war unter einer Tischdecke versteckt - ein sehr schöner Esszimmertisch. Moskitonetze vor den Fenstern haben ruhige Nächte beschert. Wir lieben die Umgebung von Casale und Cecina und werden sicher wiederkommen und diese Gegend weiter zu erkunden.

Ein traumhafter Urlaub

Das Haus liegt auf einem Anwesen umgeben von Olivenbäumen. Von der Terasse kann man über Täler hinweg bis auf das Meer schauen. Das Haus bietet alles was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt, eine großzügige Küche mit Zugang zur Terasse und allen technischen Küchengeräten inkl. Spül- und Waschmachine. 2 geräumige und saubere Badezimmer gehören ebenso zum Haus, wie 2 Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnraum. Wir haben selten ein so sauberes und aufgeräumter Haus gesehen. Man fühlt sich von der ersten Minute an zu Hause. Auf dem Anwesen wohnen ebenfalls nicht weit entfernt die Eigentümer. Eine Familie, die man (besonders die Eigentümerin) sofort ins Herz schließt. Die Zeit verging wie im Flug und wir haben jede Minute unserer Zeit dort genossen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Fijn huis om in te verblijven, dicht bij Cecina en zandstranden die gelukkig niet allemaal vol staan met parasollen :-)

Wunderbar!

Alles wie beschrieben. Wunderbare Lage, traumhafte Aussicht. Ausstattung war absolut ausreichend für 4 Personen. Ein Schlafzimmer wird durch Raumaufteilung nicht gut durchlüftet, aber es ist auch ein Ventilator vorhanden. Klimaanlage hilft, ist aber in Küche und Wohnzimmer, nicht in den Schlafzimmern. Strom und Gas sind extra zu bezahlen. Gastgeber sehr nett.

Schön aber nicht den Bildern am Netz entsprechend.

Wie wurden von den Eigentümern sehr nett aufgenommen. Das Haus steht an einer fantastischen Lage mitten im Olivenhain und die Aussicht ist spektakulär. Leider entspricht die Einrichtung des Objekts nicht den Bildern am Netz. Der Fernseher hängt beim Esstische in der Küche an der Wand. Eine Sitzgelegenheit zum gemütlichen Schauen ist nicht vorhanden. Im Wohnzimmer stehen zwei massive Bettsofas, dafür keine weiteren Möbel. Dieser Raum wäre somit nur als zusätzliches Schlafzimmer zu gebrauchen. Schade. Um sich vor der Besonnung auf der Terrasse an heissen Tagen zu schützen fehlt ein massiver Sonnenschirm oder der eine oder andere Baum. Insgesamt ist das Haus schön aber ein wenig spartanisch eingerichtet.

Tolles Ferienhaus in prima Lage

das schöne Ferienhaus entsprach genau unseren Erwartungen. Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet, die Betten sind sehr gut, die Zimmer groß mit viel Stauraum. Die Ruhe am Haus ist genauso unübertroffen wie der geniale Blick auf Landschaft und mehr. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen.

Splendida vacanza tra uliveti e mare ...

Casa molto belle immersa tra gli uliveti, splendida vista sul mare e l'isola d'Elba, idealmente situata per approfittare del mare e visitare Pisa, Siena, Volterra o San Gimignano. La casa è ben arredata e molto confortevole, i proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibilissimi per qualisiasi informazione (ristoranti , negozi , spiagge, visite ...) Entspannung pur mit Meerblick

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht ist hier genau richtig. Die Lage auf dem Hügel im Olivenhain mit Meerblick ist toll. Guter Ausgangspunkt für vielerlei Unternehmungen. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet.

Perle mit Traumblick

Super sauberes Toskanisches Häuschen, sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Schöner Blick über die Hügel zum Meer. Aber das Beste sind die super netten, hilfsbereiten Vermieter, die fast unsichtbar sind, aber bei Bedarf immer erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Lage ist perfekt um verschiedene Strände zu erkunden und auch für Tagesausflüge nach Pisa, Florenz, Siena etc. Die Vermieter machen auch feines Olivenöl, dass wir natürlich gleich gekauft und im Urlaub benutzt haben. Als Koch muss ich sagen, dass das die am besten eingerichtete Küche unserer letzten fünf Ferienhäuser war. Der Coop in Cecina in Verbindung mit der Küche macht es wirklich überflüssig essen zu gehen. Insgesammt 100/100 Punkten.

Alles sehr schön, wenn man sich auf 2-3 Dinge einstellt

Die Lage ist sehr schön, idyllisch und ruhig, toller Blick. Nette Vermieter, das Haus ist sauber und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Ein super Urlaub, wenn man sich auf ein paar Dinge einstellt: 1. es ist keine Klimaanlage vorhanden, daher kann es in der Nacht schon mal 30 Grad im Haus haben, was vor allem für unser Baby schwierig war. Ist aber ok, stand ja auch nicht in der Ausstattung.. Am Schluss wurden wir für Strom und Wasser nochmal zur Kasse gebeten, was so nicht in der Anzeige steht und vorher nicht kommuniziert wurde. Das was dann etwas albern, weil hier hin und her gerechnet wurde und wenig transparent war. Aber alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub und weiterzuempfehlen

Empfehlenswerte Location

Uns hat der Aufenthalt unheimlich viel Spaß gemacht. Der Blick auf Meer und Berge sowie Casale Marittmo sind unbezahlbar. Das Leben mitten in den Olivenbäumen sehr stilvoll. Die Ruhe einfach bilderbuchmäßig. Das Haus entspricht den Standards, die wir uns vorgestellt haben und ist damit viel besser als viele andere Ferienhäuser, die wir bisher in der Toscana angemietet haben. So ist das Küchenequipment hervorragend und lädt zum Kochen ein. Das Haus ist sehr sauber. Die Vermieter vor Ort stehen einem gegebenenfalls mit Rat und Tat zur Seite; ansonsten halten sie sich aber sehr zurück. Hervorzuheben ist der direkte Familienanschluss von Rocky, dem Kater. Er ist uns allen ans Herz gewachsen und hat unseren Urlaub weiter bereichert.

Super Lage mit toller Weitsicht

Gemütliches Haus mit toskanischem Charme. Wunderschöne Aussicht aufs entfernte Meer und die hügelige Landschaft mit den Olivenbäumen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und ist zweckmässig ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit und Wohnen auf dem selben Grundstück im Haupthaus ein paar Meter versetzt. Die Frottewäsche gibts auf Verlangen gegen Aufpreis. Eine Klimaanlage haben wir manchmal vermisst, kauften uns dann beim Chinesen in Cecina (Crazy Shopping) günstig einen Ventilator. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder mieten.

Nous avons passé la 1ere semaine d'août dans cette maison. Très propre, bien équipée, au calme parmi les oliviers. Les propriétaires sont juste à côté à la fois présents et très discrets. Juste parfait!

Wunderschönes Haus mitten im Olivenhain.

Das Haus ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Von der Terrasse hat man einen schönen Blick auf die umgebenden Hügel und das ferne Meer. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einziger Minuspunkt: ab und zu Treckerlaerm und Spruehaktionen im umgebenden Olivenhain.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cet endroit magnifique! Nous étions ravis de nous retrouver au milieu des oliviers dans un calme bienfaisant. Nous avions la vue sur la mer au loin et pouvions accéder à notre logement avec la voiture. L' accueil était chaleureux et la maison très bien entretenue. Les conditions étaient parfaites pour une famille avec une enfant handicapée: logement à plein pieds, pièces spacieuses. Nous avons apprécié les 2 salles de bain, les moustiquaires à chaque fenêtre et la magnifique terrasse. De plus, l'endroit est très bien situé pour la visite des principales villes de Toscane. Nous avons également profité de la plage et du village aquatique. Nous recommandons vivement ce lieu de rêve! Avec nos chaleureux remerciements aux propriétaires! Famille Ibram, Suisse

Vacanza da favola

Quando io e mio marito abbiamo deciso di trascorrere una settimana di relax con i nostri figli di 12 e 14 anni non immaginavamo che avremmo trascorso una vacanza da favola. La posizione della villetta è strategica, immersa nel verde e nel profumo degli ulivi, in pochi minuti di auto si raggiunge la spiaggia con un mare cristallino, se invece si vuol rivivere una famosa favola, si può raggiungere San Galgano dove si trova la spada nella roccia oppure girovagare nel bellissimo centro storico di Volterra con i suoi bellissimi negozi di artigianato locale.... La villetta è molto spaziosa ben pulita ( non potreste trovare un granello di polvere neanche cercando per ore) e curata nei particolari, si presta a meravigliose passeggiate romantiche di coppia. Per i miei figli è stato uno sfogo incredibile per correre e giocare scorazzando per il grande giardino e non dimenticheranno l'uovo fresco raccolto direttamente nel pollaio e l'olio extra vergine di produzione del proprietario ( il simpaticissimo Carlo). Da segnalare la cortesia e disponibilità della Signora Ketty e della Signora Luciana che ci hanno fatto sentire parte della famiglia!
