This gorgeous 4-star duplex apartment is located in a newly built house on a small hill.
It features a spacious terrace overlooking the Adriatic sea and the breathtaking island landscape. The apartment is ideal for 4 persons, but can also be suitable for 6. On the lower level is a bedroom for two, a master bathroom, a living and dining room and a terrace. On the second level there are an open living space and the 2nd bedroom and bathroom. The downstairs living room has a fold-out sofa for two additional guests. All furnishings are new and of good quality and the property is completely equipped with all that is needed to spend a relaxing and enjoyable time.

Mooi appartement in Okrug.

Een prima appartement wat klopt met de omschrijving. Het appartement ligt op een heuvel. De weg naar het strand loopt vrij steil naar beneden. Wij waren in het appartement met buiten temperaturen rond de 35 graden. De huiskamer en slaapkamer beneden waren prima koel te houden dmv de airco. Op de loft en de slaapkamer boven loopt door het schuine dak de temperatuur snel op. De airco in de slaapkamer heeft er moeite mee het koel te houden. De temperatuur op de loft is moeilijk te regelen. (airco op de loft?).
