Unfortunately, the Bonita Beach Club was hard-it by the effects of Hurricane Ian in late September, 2022. It is estimated that we are prohibited from scheduling rentals until calendar year 2024. We will update this property as more becomes known. We appreciate your past and future support.

Please take a look at our reviews, then check our calendar for AVAILABILITY. We keep it CURRENT! January, February & March are monthly rentals only.

Gated community. Sleeps 4. King size bed in master and 2 full beds in second bedroom. You'll have indirect beach/ocean views from the lanai and the back balcony - perfect for your morning coffee and the beautiful sunsets. Condo has WiFi, which also works on the lanai. Flat screen Roku TVs in living room and master bedroom - stream your content just as you would from home.

Go down one flight of stairs - or use the nearby elevator - and you are a short distance to the private beach. Our unit is on the southwest side of the U-shaped building on the second floor, the second unit from the end. View the photographs for location details.

The sunsets are spectacular and you will marvel at the dolphins and other wildlife in the area. The best-kept secret on the southern coast of the Gulf of Mexico awaits your arrival. Come to the Bonita Beach Club and enjoy your stay in paradise.

The condo is located in the Bonita Beach Club on Bonita Beach at the tip of Hickory Boulevard, Bonita Springs, making it a very quiet retreat. The Bonita Beach Club property is surrounded on three sides by water including the Gulf of Mexico to the west. After you leave the door of the condo, you are only 50 steps to the beach and only 75 steps to the pool. The white beach stretches to the south for five miles. State parks and wildlife habitats lie to the north.

Be sure to take advantage of the two tennis courts, also lined for Pickleball, that are on-property. Pool-side shuffleboard is also available. Water sports rentals (jet ski, parasail, etc) available at Doc's Beach House restaurant 2.5 miles away on Bonita Beach or on Ft. Myers Beach.

The condo has two bedrooms, the master has one king bed with full bath and the second bedroom comes with two full-sized beds. Both baths have ceramic tile showers. The kitchen is fully-equipped for your cooking needs and linens are provided for the bedrooms and baths. Kitchen and baths have Corian countertops. A screened front lanai will allow you to sit, relax, and enjoy the view. Beach chairs & beach towels provided.

20 miles from Fort Myers airport. Publix grocery and other shopping 15 minutes away. Big Hickory Grill restaurant on the water is a half mile walk. Doc’s is a 45 minute walk on the beach. Coconut Point Mall and Movie Theaters and Miromar outlets about 25 minutes north. Naples Nordstrom Waterside Mall and Mercato Restaurants & Movie Theaters 25 minutes south.

Fantastic beach condo!
We have stayed at this condo several times in the past and we absolutely love it! Everything about it is great! The condo itself is perfect for our family. It is clean and very comfortable. The best thing about it is the location; from the lanai, there is a beautiful view of both the beach and pool, and just steps to each! Some of our family prefers the beach and some the pool, so I like that I can see everyone from the condo. Every morning, we would walk on the beach, and as we passed many other properties, we said ours was the absolute best! The pool is the biggest on Bonita Beach! The condo complex is at the end of Little Hickory Island, so the beach is never crowded. The beach also wraps around the top of the island and is quite large. It is really neat to see all of the natural beauty. Our favorite activity was watching the sunset from the beach! The location of the condo complex is great too, because it is between Fort Meyers and Naples, and there is plenty to do. There are lots of great restaurants, shopping and water sports nearby so you can do as little or as much as you want. Also, the owner of the condo is great and really easy to work with! As I mentioned, we have stayed here several times before and he is super helpful. I highly recommend this condo!!

Early May Bonita Beach Club Condo
Beautiful property on the tip of Little Hickory Island, surrounded on three sides by water. Relatively private, as some distance from nearest public beach access. Very well maintained, fully appointed ocean view condominium, fifty steps to the edge of the water. Mike, the owner, was very informative.

My family of 4 ( including 2 kids under 10) had a wonderful stay on Bonita beach. Michael was a wonderful host and very responsive. We have stayed at a few different VRBOs now and this place was by far the most “homey “and comfortable. The surrounding area of Bonita beach is so beautiful and there is a cove just beyond the condo complex that is a hidden gem for kids. Highly recommend this place and location. Thank you Michael for hosting us !

Close to paradise!
We have been to the BBC numerous times over the years. Each stay is remarkable. We especially love staying in the room titled "50 Steps to the Beach." It truly is that close to a beach that's natural and beautiful. There's plenty to explore, especially wildlife with turtle nests and an ever-changing shore. The pool is large and inviting. The people are always friendly. The BBC is conveniently located to many destinations - one of our favorites to visit is the Everglades. Our host, Michael, was gracious and offered clear and timely communications. We highly recommend the BBC and the 50 Steps unit!

This was our second stay at the Bonita Beach Club at this specific condo. It is ideal for a family, close to the beach and pool. Everything you need for a weekly or monthly stay is there for you. Our family had an incredible week at this Condo. First, Mark the owner is very easy to work with and immediately responded to my questions. The condo is very clean and the location is perfect. We watched the sunset every night. The pool is perfect for families and super close to this 2nd floor condo. The condo is very well equipped and having a washer/dryer in the unit was a huge plus.

Awesome beach condo!
This was our third year taking our family to this condo. The location is fantastic, right at the quiet tip of the island. The beach was never crowded. The pool is awesome! The condo is located right by the beach and pool. The complex itself if very well manicured and beautiful. Our family loves the condo! It is very comfortable and clean. We love to sit on the lanai and look at the ocean in the morning. Our favorite family activity this year was watching the sunset from the beach every evening. The condo is a short ride to Fort Myers and Naples, which we visited the last two years we stayed here. This year, we mostly just relaxed and enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and spent time together as a family. It was so relaxing. We also had dinner out most evenings and there are many great restaurants nearby. You can do as much or as little as you want to staying here. We absolutely love it!

It's our second visit to Ellen's property at the BBC Bonita Beach Club. We have spent a beautiful week in family. The property has all the necessary equipment to make you feel at home. The resort makes you feel like you are at a resort with a private beach as it is the last of the Little Hickory. Ideal to rest and close to all the commercial activity of Fort Myers, Coconuts Point and Miromar Oulets. Beautiful condo steps from the beach!
We had such a wonderful week! First of all, the condo is at the end of the beach so it is nice & private. Parking is great & the condo itself is within steps from the beach. It is fully equipped with comfy beach chairs, floaties and a beach umbrella. The kitchen has enough pots, pans, utensils, everything you need in case you prefer to stay in and cook your own meals. There are plenty of DVD movies, good books to read & board games for family fun nights. The rooms and the beds are very comfortable and the A/C worked perfectly! The bathrooms are very nice & the water pressure is great when you’re showering. The bedroom balconies have a beautiful view of the ocean & it was nice to listen to the waves crashing. Fantastic condo right on the beach!
This is our second year staying in this condo and we absolutely love it! We feel like we have found such a great location in Florida, close to restaurants, shopping, and activities, but at the northern tip of Little Hickory island so it is quiet and the beach is never crowded. The condo itself is in the perfect location in the complex, it really is right on the beach, but also equally as close to the pool. This was perfect for us as we have two kids that prefer the beach and one that prefers the pool. The view from the lanai is perfect as you can see both the beach and the pool and they are both just steps away! The pool in this complex is the best on Bonita Beach! It is never crowded and beautiful. The beach is white and nice and long, great for walking. The grounds are very nicely manicured and the whole place is gorgeous. The condo itself is perfect for our family! The pictures really don't do it justice. It has everything we needed in the kitchen, which was great because we usually had breakfast there. There are also plenty of beach towels, noodles, beach chairs, and a beach umbrella. It is very nicely done and comfortable. Ellen is really great to work with and super responsive to any questions we had. She is very friendly and made the process very easy! Great owner! We really enjoy Bonita Springs and feel like it is in a great location, close to Fort Myers to the north and Naples to the south. There are also many great restaurants in Bonita Springs, as well as watersports (we went parasailing at Doc's Beach House right down the road), shopping, and other activities. This is absolutely the best place to stay on Bonita Beach! Our family had a great time for the second year! We would definitely go back!

Clean, comfortable unit with all the necessities conveniently located on beach!
The unit felt like home away from home- only better. We were just steps away from white sand, ocean, swimming , fishing, shelling and beautiful scenery. On days when you don’t want to splash in the Gulf, there’s a pool. The unit is also a great launch site to other destinations like Shark Valley in the Everglades, Sanibel, shopping and more. Excellent vacation enjoyed by entire family.
