About this property

The perfect destination year-round for all that the lake and the White Mountains have to offer! The house is very comfortable with many areas to congregate both inside the house, on the porch, and outdoors. We also have a large private beach, and a quaint double decker "Beach House", which together with the dock sits right at the water’s edge. WE PROVIDE YOU WITH 3 KAYAKS AND A CANOE. From your doorstep you can swim, boat, and enjoy!

Inside the house, there are 2 large couches in front of the fireplace and TV, and a dining table for winter dining. The kitchen is very well equipped, with many tools for cooking, dishes and machines, plenty of coffee and tea, and a plethora of herbs and spices. There is a gas grill on the porch just off the kitchen. The long glassed-in porch is a 3 season porch, also with a dining area as well as an area with couches and chairs.

There is an electric wood stove on the porch, wonderful on summer nights, and on winter sunny days it is quite comfortable, as the sun also heats the window glass of the porch.

There is also a high-end circuit weight training machine on the porch.

There are three proper bedrooms (not just beds tucked into an alcove with no privacy) with privacy, very comfortable beds and quality linens, and 2 full baths, including a bathtub and electric fireplace in the master bedroom.

There is an RV hookup right outside the house near the patio that accomodates large RV's. Please inquire for pricing. There is a large concrete patio just off the porch where there is a firepit, and ample sitting space with chairs and a small table.

Guests often have lunch or sunset cocktails on the upper deck of the beach house in the warmer months. It is also possible to drive onto the beach for those who have limited mobility.

On the property, there is plenty of space for parking extra vehicles or trailers with ski mobiles, boats, etc. And uniquely, there is also an RV hookup available next to the patio for an extra fee. Even large RVs can fit in this space. We also have an RV hookup on one area of the beach at waterside, for an extra fee. Please inquire.

We are small drive to both CANNON MOUNTAIN and BRETTON WOODS SKI AREAS, and offer the amenities specific to the lake, such as snow mobile and cross country trails accessible from the lake.

Quiet Paradise on Partridge Lake

Imagine waking up to the sun peeking through your window while you hear dozens of birds say good morning - your first cup of coffee on the all-weather porch and the second on the second floor porch of the beach house across the way. Everything you need is right here! Evenings spent lounging the Adirondack chairs surrounding the small fire pit, watching fireflies and listening to the loons call to each other across the lake. Then inside for dinner and movie followed by a comfortable night's sleep, only to awake to the same peaceful beauty the next morning. Needless to say, we enjoyed our stay immensely and hope to return again and again.

NH visit

Amazing lake side / view property with all the comforts of home..

This property is the perfect place for rest, relaxing and amazing views. The expansive porch is as perfect for morning coffee as it is for the evening meal. Very comfortable both inside and out. The communication with the property was amazing, most messages answered within minutes. Highly recommended!

Lake Heaven

We loved so many things about our week: Our panoramic view of the peaceful lake, the mystical cries of the loons, our canoe and kayak outings with my sons and grandson, lots of swims, and daily walks along the lake road with my partner. Everyone in the Littleton community were so friendly!! The lake house was very clean and well-appointed. We found everything we needed and our host Pamela readily responded to all our questions! This little peace of heaven is a win!!!

Christmas in Littleton NH

We couldn't have asked for a better spot to spend our family get away for Christmas. The house had a great view of the frozen lake, was super cozy, a very well appointed kitchen, and you could tell the owners took very good care of their home. We sat by the fireplace, read, played games, and spent wonderful family time together. Would love to see the place in the summer. Thank you Pamela for everything!

Excellent lake house!

I loved this house! Beautiful lake with sparkling sunlight on the water. House was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Our host left us wine from her vineyard, coffee, tea and helpful instructions about everything related to the house and nearby town. My family would love to return.

Get away from it all but not everything.

The property was great, with plenty of space for people and great space outside to outside to play. It's away from everything, so you feel like you get away but not so far away from it all that you don't have shopping and restaurants to enjoy.

Fishing on the lake

Pamela is a great host and is very communicative. We were vacationing with our 4 year old and 10 year old grandsons who literally spent from 7 AM to 7 PM daily on the lake fishing , either in kayaks or off of the dock. This spot was perfect for a relaxing, lazy vacation. It was such a bonus to be able to listen and watch the loons every day and to watch the bald eagle swoop down for fish.

Had a lovely time here for our vacation. The area is peaceful, quiet, and has beautiful views. The house is immaculate and as described. Communication with the owner was great. Kayaking and floating in the lake was awesome.

Relaxing is easy!!!

The homeowner was incredibly responsive, kind and generous. We never had to worry about getting in contact with her. She was always there whenever we needed anything. The house sits up on a hill, which has a great view of the lake. The property extends across the access road to a very nice dock, and boat house. A really wonderful set up. All the accessories available at the boat house to have a cool beverage of your choice while relaxing on either of the 2 decks. The top deck is awesome in that it places you well above everything else. Kayaks are available and are easy to use and comfortable to navigate. It’s not a very large lake but plenty big enough for boating and fishing. Swimming right from the lawn into the lake. Like the title says, it’s easy to relax and that isn’t always the case. The home comes with just about everything you’ll need including linens, towels, pillows. Very clean and well appointed. If you hate packing a lot of stuff, then this is the location for you. Save your grocery shopping for when you arrive. Great location and easy access from I91. Give this location a try. You won’t be disappointed.

Excellent Large Lake House

My wife and I were looking for a little getaway for the weekend. This house was it! It is kind of large for just the 2 of us but it was perfect. Pamela was an awesome host and on top of communication. We will definitely be looking to book again. Especially for some get togethers.

Perfect quiet location for our family

My best friend and his Senior mother joined me for a long weekend retreat at this beautiful and quiet location. Everything we needed was there, wifi was great, house was cozy, and check-in/check-out was super easy. Couldn’t ask for more!

A unique lakefront home in Littleton

A few miles from the center of town -- tranquil and serene with all the comforts of home. An exceptionally equipped kitchen plus an outside grill. In addition to the house, there is the boathouse at the water's edge for water fun or just enjoying the lakefront. It was a pleasure to stay there for a weekend escape and Pamela was very attentive and accommodating. A BIG THUMBS UP!!!

Amazing week

We had such a wonderful week at this beautiful lake house. We made so many memories our family will never forget. The house was perfect with plenty of space for all of us. We enjoyed most of our time on the lake swimming, kayaking, and canoeing. The kids loved the big yard and the swimming area! Pamela was an amazing host! We hope to return again next year!

I am from Littleton, NH but I have lived in many countries. I studied at Boston University for undergrad, and earned an International MBA at Nijenrode in The Netherlands. My husband and I have owned hotels/restaurants in the south of France, Italy, and Lebanon. Because I have traveled extensively and stayed in many diverse lodgings, I believe we have made our place on the lake in NH a perfect space for convenience and relaxation while traveling.

You will experience serene peacefulness, day and night. There are a great deal of animals and birds. There are lots of outdoor activities pertaining to the lake: kayaking, canoeing, boating, extensive snow mobile trails accessible from the lake, ice fishing, snow and cross country SKIING very close by.
