We would like to welcome you to sunny Gilbert AZ! Experience all the valley has to offer while staying in this beautiful custom home located about 5 mins from the 202 Santan Freeway, about 30 min from Sky Harbor Airport and 10 minutes from Mesa Gateway Airport. The home is situated in an HOA managed neighborhood adjacent to the prestigious 2013 Phoenix Street of Dreams development.
This 3000 sq ft high end rambler enjoys Southern exposure and is filled with amenities including 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bath, boasting 2 primary suites, gourmet eat-in kitchen, pool table, washer/dryer, LED TV's throughout home, Digital cable, blu ray player, high-speed WIFI, central air, monitored alarm system, large covered patio with misting system, saltwater pool/spa (pool can be heated), professional Nicklaus putting green, front courtyard with fireplace, outdoor built-in BBQ, fire pit and garage parking . The backyard has Southern exposure so you can enjoy the sunshine all day long.
There is plenty to do or nothing to do!

The House:
The open floor plan, gourmet kitchen and large travertine patio provide a perfect setting for entertaining and gathering with family and friends.

Living room: Relax in comfort and keep up on current events on the HD LED TV. Enjoy Digital cable, blu ray, high speed wifi internet or a game of pool/billiards.

Kitchen: The large open gourmet kitchen is fully stocked for cooking, with beautiful new GE Profile appliances.

Bedrooms: All are equipped with wall-mounted LED HD TVs. The extra large master bedroom suite has a king size bed. The master bath features his and hers vanities, soaker tub, separate shower and an extra large walk-in closet.
The 2nd Master has a queen bed and its own private bathroom with shower.
Two additional guest bedrooms each have a King bed and easy access to the adjacent Jack and Jill bathroom with two vanities and shower.
Plenty of linens and towels are provided.

Other amenities: The large saltwater pool will keep you cool in the warmer months and can be heated in the cooler season (spa heat is included, pool heat additional $45/day fee). Relax on the patio while you barbecue on the natural gas grill or roast marshmallows over the fire pit. The backyard is spacious and completely private. There are plenty of chairs and chaises. The remote controlled misting system will cool the air by up to 20 degrees even in the hottest months.
The private front courtyard features a large fireplace.
There is parking for two cars in the garage.

This home very comfortably sleeps 8 adults.

Great Vacation
Our family had a wonderful stay at this property in Gilbert. A beautiful home with a great backyard and amenities including bbq, pool, hot tub, putting green and a well equipped kitchen. Tina and Tom were also great hosts who were very responsive and helped make our stay a positive experience. We definitely recommend this property!

House with Fun Activities
My family of six adults stayed at this house over the Christmas holiday. We all enjoyed using the hot tub, "golfing" green, and billiards table. The kitchen had great appliances, pans, and utensils. Plus, the outside grill was great for grilling fajitas. At night we enjoyed sitting outside around the fire pit. We also stayed here in 2022, and this year were pleasantly surprised at the two new beds the owners had added. The owners were always responsive to any questions we posed.

Graduation Vacation
This is our third stay here and our first since the pandemic. This is our go to house when we are in Gilbert. Not only is the house great for our family (4-6 adults) but it is less than 5 minutes from our family who live there. We all enjoy the backyard even though they have a pool at their own house. The pool table gets a workout each visit as well. It never feels like we are staying in someone else's home, we are all so comfortable there from day 1. Tina always responds very quickly and we haven't had a situation yet that impacted our stay. We love the new tile flooring and it looked like the pergola was extended in the backyard. We hope to be back next year.

Beautiful property with lots of fun activities!
Six members of my family (including myself) stayed five days over Christmas. The neighborhood was cheerfully decorated for Christmas. Upon entering the home's front gate, there is a lovely courtyard with an easy to use fireplace. The kitchen was well equipped for making Christmas dinner. There was a second refrigerator in the garage to hold extra food and drinks. One room had a billiards table. The backyard was awesome. It had a well-maintained hot tub, pool, fire pit where we roasted smores, and putting green. The owners were very responsive to any questions and made our experience enjoyable.

Perfect in Every Way
As a former VRBO property owner, we are fairly picky about where we stay. After each stay, we talk about the aspects that did not meet our expectations. However, this property was simply perfect, and we could not think of anything that needed improvement. The house was so clean, well-equipped, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully presented. There was nothing that was not meticulously thought of. Even the home instructions were spot-on and very informative. We contacted the owner during our rental and received an immediate response. Exceptional Property
We have rented many Phoenix properties over the last decade. Stratland Shadows house was top notch throughout. The house was available on the agreed time. Very well equipped kitchen & plenty of towels, linens etc. The pool was the perfect temp. with 5 lounger available. We really loved this house. Great property and very well managed. Thanks for a great experience. We plan to return in the future. Highly recommend this house.

Perfect vacation
My friends and I were quite amazed by the house, its location, a fully equipped kitchen and a pristine backyard. The house was in very good condition, the pool and spa was just wonderful especially after our golf games. The mist outside the patio was also welcome as it helped reduced that temperature a bit. The location was quite central from multitude golf courses, close to grocery stores and restaurant. We really enjoyed the Santan Village and its proximity to the house. The Keurig coffee machine was broken and we communicated with the owner, she was very quick to respond and ordered us a new one with no hesitation. They were also very accomodating for the check in as we arrive an hour earlier and also requested to have the pool cleaned a few days earlier than the normal schedule because of as a sand storm. I would recommend this house with no hesitation and it is quite reprensentative of the desciption.

Visiting Family
This was my second time at this property and we love it. Owners are easy to communicate with. Property is very well maintained. It is very convenient for us as it is close to our son and his children. Was not only a vacation for us, but for my grandkids as well. They were able to stay and enjoy the pool and we all gathered in the large living room in the evening for board games. Lots of fun and good memories being made for all of us.

Beautiful Home!
We had a lovely time in your beautiful home. The outdoor temperature was over 108 F most days, but the pool was still a perfect low 80s, and the outdoor misting system meant we could still eat outside in the evening. I would hIghly recommend this home to anyone wanting to vacation in the Gilbert/Queen Creek area, it was extremely well maintained, and very clean!
