The house is located in a well-kept holiday home park in the North Hessian highlands. With its almost opaque property, the house is on the sea side. From here it is only about 600 m. to the beach.

The very well-kept and very tastefully furnished holiday home with 3 bedrooms offers plenty of sleeping space for families. A climate split unit heats the house in winter and can cool it in summer.
A fireplace provides warmth and coziness in the cold times.

Furthermore, the house is equipped with various accessories that convey a stylish coziness, so that you immediately feel comfortable when entering the house. The property is planted all around and therefore almost opaque in summer when everything is green.

On the ground floor there is the entrance with a porch and cloakroom as well as the spacious living room with a fireplace. From there you get to a beautiful gallery with kitchen, bathroom and a guest toilet and a bedroom with double bed.

Upstairs are 2 more bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with 2 separate beds. In addition, a large balcony invites you to relax on the upper floor and a beautiful terrace below on the ground floor. Both bedrooms on the top floor have their own balcony access (south). From here you can let your eyes wander over the entire holiday park.

The leisure facility Seepark Kirchheim invites you to relax on the bay (sand) as well as to enjoy water skiing on the existing facility.

The lake has good water quality, so swimmers will also get their money's worth. Anglers (with a fishing license) can indulge in their hobby even after approval in the lake. Enjoy the lake while swimming and sunbathing, fishing or taking a leisurely stroll!

Numerous hiking trails start right in the complex. A hiking car park has been newly designated as a starting point for interesting hiking tours.
