The beautiful Villa Laetitia was rebuilt in 2003 in the center of Binz. The villa is equipped with an elevator. The beach and the pier can be reached in just 3 minutes on foot. The villa is located at Paulstraße 1. This flows into the town's most popular shopping street, the main street. Bicycles can be parked in the bicycle cellar. You will find the bus stop for local and long-distance public transport as well as the spa railway approx. 80 m from the house.

In the bedroom there is a double bed (1.60 m wide), a relaxation bed and a wardrobe. Two more people can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. You will also find TV and radio / CD players there. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator and various small appliances. A garage parking space (duplex parker - 1.50 m high) belongs to the apartment. All our guests have free WiFi access in this apartment.
