Enjoy your stay in our apartment in the highest mountain town in the Harz Mountains, the climatic health resort of Sankt Andreasberg. The national park community is at 600 to 900 meters of altitude and a natural paradise awaits you here in every season. The ideal starting point for hikes and excursions in the Harz National Park. The city center with all shops is within walking distance. If you don't want to cook, you can find some nice restaurants in the area that are within walking distance.

The apartment covers approx. 55 m² and is completely new equipped. The living room has a size of approx. 25m². In addition to a flat-screen TV (with satellite connection), well-being also includes free WiFi.

There is an extensively equipped kitchen. Among other things, the inventory of the kitchen includes a large refrigerator with freezer, an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine (for Senseo pads and filter bags), a kettle, an egg cooker, a toaster, a coffee vacuum jug and the like. a.

In the bathroom, equipped with toilet, sink and shower, our guests also have a hairdryer, hand washing soap and facial tissues at their disposal.

Of course, we also provide a free travel cot and a high chair for our "very young guests".

Illuminated parking spaces are located directly at the house. The use is of course free of charge.

Sustainable energy supply is important to us. The house is therefore supplied with environmentally friendly energy sources from green electricity.

We ask you not to smoke in the entire apartment. The outdoor area is available for this.

Bringing a dog is allowed.

Wohnung ok, Rings um das Haus Baustelle, Info für Gast mangelhaft.
Die Wohnung im Harz in St. Andreasberg an sich war sauber, zweckmäßig eingerichtet und es war alles vorhanden. Die Wohnung war in einem Doppelkomplex mit je mehreren Wohnungen. Leider war rings um das Haus komplett eine Baustelle mit 2 Baggern und keinen betretbaren Meter Grund außerhab der Auffahrt. Die Auffahrt mit Parkplätzen war tagsüber durch einen Laster blockiert. Der Hauseingang sah nicht einladend aus, da auch gerade in einer „Vor-Renovierungs-Phase“. Beim Check-In erfolgte kein persönlicher Kontakt, der Schlüssel war in einem Schlüsseltresor mit Code (per Mail erhalten). In der Wohnung fanden wir keinerlei Information für den Gast vor - keine Infomappe, kein WLAN Passwort usw. Wir haben versucht telefonisch Kontakt aufzunehmen über eine Handynummer, die an der Haustür angeschlagen war. Hier meldete sich eine Reinigungskraft, die schon 1,5 Jahre nicht mehr für den Vermieter arbeitete. Durch Selbstrecherche im Internet haben wir die Handynummer des Vermieters, der in NRW wohnt und nicht vor Ort war, herausgefunden und ihn erreichen können. Wir haben den Infomangel beklagt und dann per Telefon das WLAN Passwort erhalten. Die Kurgästekarte haben wir erst am Abreisetag erhalten (vor der Wohnungstür liegend). Der Vermieter hatte uns zwar per Mail die „Gästeausweisnummern“ geschickt, da wir aber die Möglichkeiten der „Kurkarte“ nicht kannten, konnten wir so die Vorteile (Rabatte zu Touristischen Einrichtungen) nicht nutzen. Wohlfühlen fiel auch schwer, da aus jedem Fenster direkt auf aufgebaggerten Boden bis direkt an die Hauswand nebst Bagger geschaut wurde. Eine Gartennutzung wäre nicht möglich gewesen. Fazit: Wohnung war sauber und ok. Dass man aber in einer kompletten Baustellenumgebung wohnt, hätte in der Beschreibung aufgeführt sein müssen. Die Information für den Gast, die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war im Ergebnis mangelhaft, auch wenn der Vermieter „aus der Ferne“ bemüht und freundlich war.
