1st LEVEL
The first level of the house features a large living room that opens to a spacious patio with ocean views. Also, this home has a full two car garage with space for a larger vehicle behind and laundry facilities. After a beach day, in the side yard with the sand toys is a warm water shower to rinse away sand before re-entering Whiting Manor.

2nd LEVEL
The second level features the fully stocked kitchen and a bedroom with a Queen Bed with a private patio and a full bathroom with shower.

3rd LEVEL
On the third level you find a large Master Bedroom with a California King bed and a large Smart TV, a shared bathroom with a tub and a shower and a large 3rd bedroom with a Queen and a twin over full bunk bed.

You will love cooking in this fully equipped kitchen. It's stocked with everything you might possibly need. The dining table sits up to 10 people. The front deck has a BBQ and a large deck that can sit up to 10 people.

AMENITIES
Enjoy the Smart TV's in the living room and master bedroom, high speed WiFi, ceiling fans, central heating (no AC) and washer & dryer. Linens, towels, beach towels, blow dryers, iron, iron board, boogie boards, beach chairs, high chair, crib and pack 'n play, board games, adult and kid bikes, books are provided for your convenience. The stairs can be protected by gates.

SUPPLIES
The house offers everything you might possibly need, including supplies such as: laundry, hand, dishwasher and dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen sponge and of course all fresh, spotless and clean linens and bath towels. Please note we do not replenish supplies.

PARKING
The garage easily fits two mid-sized SUV's as well as a larger vehicle behind.

LOCATION
The house is located in the heart of Mission Beach, walking distance from fun beach activities, conveniences, bars and restaurants. These include, but are not limited to: Santa Clara Point on Mission Bay with rentals of sailboats, kayaks, paddle boards and more. Just down the boardwalk is Belmont Park with a roller coaster and other park rides, video games, two wave houses and restaurants. Best of all, Whiting Manor House is located midway between public access parking lots, and 'feels' like a private beach.

PLEASE NOTE
For "friend"/"adult only" groups we can agree to 6 people max and all must be over 35 years old. We absolutely do not want to rent to anyone that is intending to party at the house.

We have a NO smoking policy.

Please note, this home has a lot of steps within, as well as a couple to enter. If you are not comfortable with stairs, we would suggest another rental. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these rules.
